Despite the usual policy of not processing refunds, she made an exception for me, which I truly appreciate. Her communication was clear, professional, and very supportive. Mixed experience
There are plenty of rental listings, but my experience was a bit mixed. The selection is good, but I noticed some listings weren’t up to date. I also didn’t realize at first that you need a paid subscription to contact landlords.
It’s a helpful platform if you’re willing to pay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
