Amazing company!! Great care and attention to detail, everything was better than expected and they take extremely special care of their clients! Organising is always a headache especially with all the last minute changes that always take place in any event but Rentuu really came together and delivered!! Nirvana was an absolute lifesaver when I was panicking on the phone but she helped me loads and everything turned out just great!!! Will definitely be coming back to them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!

What a great company! I ran a small organisation of alumni and we organise 3/4 events each year. Organising is always a headache with all the bits that should come through but Rentuu saved my life over the past 2 events and I'm keen to stay with them forever! Once I needed a projector and Rentuu quickly delivered one, another time I needed 40 black chairs and a table and here we are, quick and easy. I know that if my organisation steps up on its activities, Rentuu will be a great resource!

Rented glassware for an event and they provided us with everything we needed. The details about delivery price could have been a bit more clear from the beginning but all in all, the service was good. Will use it again.

I cannot recommend this company enough, they were a delight to work with from the beginning. I was a little apprehensive about using rentuu at first but honestly, they're going to be my go-to now for my epic murder mystery dinner parties ( okay, maybe other ones too, I don't want to sound weird).
Roxana from ops was amazing, keeping me in the loop every step of the way and even called me to let me know that she could offer me cheaper options ( AFTER I HAD PAID! ). To be hoest, in my opinion, this is what a marketplace is - giving you options and that's exactly what rentuu did for me. From start to finish, a solid 4 out of 5 stars( not much gets 10 out of 10, unless it's Ryan Reynolds )

Amazing service! Saved me from a sticky situation after suppliers weren't able to deliver what they had promised. Rentuu took care of everything and I was able to throw our staff late-summer party without any trouble. Was very impressed with how smooth and efficient they were. I ordered 60 wooden benches from this company for my event. After paying for them, I was told that they would only be able to provide 40 wooden benches, with the rest being plastic. I immediately asked for a refund as I did not want plastic benches. I was then told I would be given wooden benches as requested. Fine, or so I thought.

I was contacted the day before my delivery was to be made, and I was to be given 50 wooden benches to accommodate 6 people each, as opposed to the 60 x 5 person benches I requested. I wasn't too happy as I thought this may be tricky with the dimensions of the room, but with 24 hours to my event, there wasn't much I could do. Rentuu also offered a partial refund of 50%, which I was happy with.

I was not happy when the benches arrived, as they were just standard 6ft benches. If my event was for toddlers, I would have been able to sit 6 on each bench. Unfortunately I had to seat full sized adults, so I was left short. I won't be using this company again.
