Renuvo started in 2010 as an initiative to meet the needs of an increasing demand for renewable energy heating solutions. As gas and oil heating specialists, Renuvo became one of the first registered installers who were able to offer its clients Air and Ground source heating along with Biomass, Solar PV + Battery Storage and Solar Thermal. This provided access to large amounts of government funding, helping our customers to reduce capital costs as well as their carbon footprint

Renuvo Heating to the rescue on those cold days and night keeping everybody warm.

When I start to get issues with my heating system or the unit outside. The staff on the phone are so polite they understand people have work, commitments such school runs and can’t be in all day and give a time scale and let the engineers know what time to avoid. They will try to make it so the problem can also be fixed on the same day most often. The face to face staff who come to fix and service the boilers are all really friendly and know their job very well, after a few minutes they usually have a solution. And then good to go. Heros on those cold days get the systems back going and heating families.

The engineer visits annually to service the boiler, check smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and gas meter.

Waited in all day for someone to come…

Waited in all day for someone to come and do heating check in my council property but like previous times no one arrived despite me phoning them to confirm my appointment this is totally unacceptable i will be reporting this to my council i think it is about time the council changed contractor's

Annual review

Had an annual gas inspection on 11/3/25 the engineer was very polite and showed his ID before entering. He was extremely polite and did a brilliant job.

They get it right on the 10th try, maybe, if you’re lucky!

My housing use this company for the boiler and heating services in their properties. Unfortunately this means I have to interact with them. I had a call on 11 Feb to say they were coming on 18 Feb to do a safety check. 18 Feb no-one turned up so I rang at 3pm to see if someone was coming, no, they don’t have an appointment for me. Rearranged for 5 March. Today, 20 Feb, I received a letter dated 12 Feb saying they couldn’t gain access on 11 Feb so they’d made a new appointment for today, 20 Feb! They have not got a clue what they’re doing and I’m supposed to trust the safety check they’re supposed to be doing.

I’ve emailed them, today, to ask if they’re coming, today, and I need a response, today, but nothing!!

Apart from this my friend has been waiting since May 2024 for this company to fit 3 new radiators. They failed to turn up 4 times, they closed the job as completed and the housing paid them for the job. She’s been chasing since August, they finally showed up last week with the wrong size radiators. They apologised, measured the radiators and made a new appointment for today 20 Feb and they turned up with the same wrong radiators!!! They are now coming tomorrow!

Reliable

My housing use this company for our heating system. We had been having an issue with our boiler as the pressure kept dropping, and with it being winter time and having two small children, renuvo sent out workers quickly as possible. We thought the issue had been fixed but by the late afternoon the pressure had dropped again, and I didn’t realise one of the radiators was leaking. So I called renuvo back up the same day on the evening and they sent a repairman back out the next day in the AM. They’re fast and very efficient and friendly workers. Never had a problem with renuvo.

Time and again we told them what was…

Time and again we told them what was wrong and what needed fixing and they got out of doing the job that we asked them for and did a different expensive job instead. After months we were left with no solution and Renuvo stopped coming. They made a lot of money out of us and didn't fix the problem we asked for!

Read the reviews. There is a huge number of one star reviews. Don't deal with Renuvo, they are tricky. Dishonest.

Poor communication

Had my annual gas service today, however was given no notification of this. Your engineers confirmed that I'm not the only person who has had no notice. Give notification next time, as we get penalised as a tennant for not having up to date services.
