Unreliable product and horrible customer service!
I purchased two different models of reolink security cameras, hoping for a reliable cellular solution, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing to say the least. Neither unit worked properly out of the box, and both had to be replaced one time each. Even after the replacements, the problems persisted, which was frustrating given the time and effort involved.
Customer support was also difficult to work with. Instead of a smooth replacement process, there was a fair amount of back-and-forth and resistance before the replacements were approved. This added unnecessary stress made a bad situation even worse.
I had high hopes for these cameras, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend them. I would suggest looking into other manufactures with more consistent performance and more responsive customer service. Never trust a company who doesn’t offer phone customer service!

Tia took the time to answer several questions that came about during my request for assistance in getting a remote Home Hub Mini connected with my desktop client (I had access to it through the mobile app). While she may have initially given the information I needed, it wasn't until about an hour later when I did find within the app the information that I thought should exist (UID for the hub). Tia continued to assist in a friendly manner until I was ultimately able to get accomplished what I had set out to do overcoming the various stumbling blocks I experienced (partially due to not being in the same geographical location as the equipment I was trying to get added into the desktop client).
Tia also made note of a couple of the items I brought up during the chat that would have helped prevent my frustrations to pass along to product managers without prompting which was very encouraging to see. I often have to advise support agents that I'm giving them feedback that needs to be shared with the decision makers so they know what frustrations end users are running into and how to potentially alleviate.

Argus 4 pro Camera not so good. We get a lot of cloudy days on the west coast of Scotland. The solar panel can't keep up with it. Battery last about 1.5 days. Disappointing. I do have other powered cameras and they are brilliant.
TrailMix LTE Support
The Reolink Tech Support person did an excellent job. My camera would not go to the Preset Points. After rebooting th camera through the app, then rebooting using the reset ppin button on the camera, it still would not go to the preset points. Using the app, a firmware upgrade was not available. Tech Support checked and found and upgrade was available and then made it available to my camera. A FirmWare upgrade was performed and the problem was solved!

Slow support
Slow support.
You have to talk a lot to the AI agent in order to get to a human, they answer so late you forget about the support ticket, people we have lives and so other stuff to do, not just waiting for emails.
I have tried three times to remove "Device is bound to another account", but generally they asked for some ridiculous confirmation or couldn't keep the conversation going.
Update:
I have sent multiple emails. Sort it out. I don't have the patience to go through your AI agent again.

I just had a quick question before I purchased a few more cameras to add my newly purchased Reolink NVR set up.
Eudora was quick and answered all my questions. It's also nice that it wasn't difficult to get past the Chat Robot and I was through to Eudora within minutes.
