I ordered a ps5 controller hall effect upgrade, they made a spectacular repair.
However, it did take a bit of my capital.
Additionally, I asked for a update on my review a week after I sent it in. Unfortunately they never got back to me, but it is possible due to the fact we were nearing Christmas this is why.

Overall a great experience, would recommend, and don't worry if it takes a bit of time to come that is normal.

Had dualsense edge stick modules and a scuf controller upgraded to the gulikit TMR joysticks by these guys, would highly recommend as they know their way around a controller

I sent 3 controllers for hall effect upgrade and I'm very pleased.

Fixed my stick modules for Dualsense edge, upgraded with the Gulikit TMR sticks. Clear instructions on postage and good communication (I am a skeptical person and they eased this with their communication)

Quick reliable service just a bit quiet.

Sent controller for repair after seeing quick turnaround of 1 to 3 days. Sent sign for delivery which was received on 16th am.
On 22nd Sent email to ask for update. No response, further email Sent again no response.
Phoned on 25th and was told it had been sent back already (it hadn't)
I asked them to give me the tracking number return info. Was told they would send it.
Mon 27th get text with tracking information, royal mail states their expecting it......!
Received back Wed 29th!!!! Hardly a quick turnaround 13 days.
Clearly it had been missed/forgotten these things happen.
Just be honest and admit that.
Also answer your emails and give an update.
At one point I actually thought I had been scammed due to no contact or response.
Yes it's fixed but wouldn't use again. Sorry 😞

I recently needed an installation for my Nintendo Switch, and after searching a while online, Repair Capital seemed to be the place with the best reviews. I sent my switch off (with a lot of nerves), and hoped that it would come back okay. A short time after it had been delivered to Repair Capital, I received a call from Joe, confirming that they had inspected the switch and advising that one of the cables had been ripped from it being previously opened. I opted to pay a small additional cost for this to be fixed too. The next day, I received another call confirming that the installation had been done, the cable fixed, and Joe was ready to send it back to me. My switch arrived exactly how I expected, and the installation was done perfectly. It did take a little longer than expected getting back, but that was the fault of Royal Mail.
The whole experience was super simple and quick. Joe was very wonderful and pleasant to speak to, and transparent with what was happening. I have zero complaints, and will definitely look to Repair Capital if I need something else similar done in the future :)

Incredibly quick and efficient service. PS5 controller was dispatched, repaired and returned within a week, and the controller now feels more sturdy and robust than previously - I’m ver6 happy with the whole experience.

Excellent company repairing my Sony PlayStation controller in one week received it back in like new condition stick drift has magically disappeared so much cheaper than buying a new controller and totally without any hassle would certainly use this service again and recommend it.
