I purchased my Samsung oven from Richards TV. The digital screen became faulty with 3 months. I was told they could do nothing and I had to go through Samsung. Samsung contracted Repairguys to repair. Hayden assessed and repaired. He was very professional, efficient and repaired without fuss. His calm demeanor was reassuring. I am happy now that my oven is now working thanks to Repairguys.
