Unfortunately, there was a system error which incorrectly showed the item as available when it was actually out of stock. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we called you to offer an alternative colour, but unfortunately there was no answer. We then followed up by email, and as we were unable to fulfil the order, it was subsequently cancelled.

Ease of use!
Very easy to use site which had the double sided tape I needed to do my repairs, supplied me with 3M tape which is known for being very good and was sold at a decent price, will be doing business again!

Unfortunately not a great experience…
Unfortunately not a great experience for me. Purchased an iPhone 13 replacement rear case. After switching all the components to the new case i found out the case buttons were faulty and the case is definitely not OEM quality. To be fair to RO and the customer service they did offer replacement or refund if i returned the item within 14 days. Not a great solution as to do this i would have a pile of components and loose screws waiting for a replacement case that may or may not work. Advice is be cautious OEM is a very loose term and does not guarantee quality.

We appreciate that having to remove and transfer the components back out of the case is inconvenient, particularly when you have already completed the repair. However, unfortunately, our standard procedure is that a faulty item must be returned to us before we can issue a replacement or refund. This allows us to inspect and process the faulty item correctly and ensures that the appropriate resolution can be provided.
We’re pleased that our customer service team did offer you the option of either a replacement or a refund within the 14-day return period, although we fully understand your frustration with the additional inconvenience involved.
We’re sorry that the product did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing your concerns regarding the quality of the case to our attention.

They fixed my Samsung Tab 8 Ultra…
They fixed my Samsung Tab 8 Ultra following an overvoltage input at the charging port. A puff of smoke and it hadn't charged since! Required a chip replacement as well as the port replacement - all done in quick time at a reasonable cost.
Highly recommended.
