I saw they had good prices and fast shipping yet I ordered and it took a week for them to finally start sending it to me then it was the wrong product. I have wrote several emails called and text messaged them and gotten no response whatsoever. I initially wrote about 10 mins after I ordered because I realized I ordered for a S22 and I needed a S21 part. I asked them to kindly cancel the order or send the s21 part instead . I ended up writing and calling 3 more times before it even shipped and they still sent me the wrong part. Now Im still messaging to get my money back and they will not respond. Be careful

I purchased this item 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive it, and have had no reply to my emails requesting assistance. I would recommend anyone but this company for customer support.

3-4 days turned into 3-4 weeks with not enough communication. Product seems fine now that I finally received it.

The screen was easy to install, the screen feels very good quality and over all good experience and product

Good Quality but touch randomly cuts out, would return if installation wasn’t a hassle

The order was overall spontaneous I ordered the fixit kit for phone and screw drivers fit like a glove

Paid for 2nd day shipping on12-20-25. They shipped snailmail and order arrived 12-26-25. Contacted them twice requesting a refund. They never responded. Poor service! Filing a complaint with BBB. Do not do business with this vendor!

I placed an order with this company on the 24th of December and still have yet to receive my order. I contacted them on the number of vocations via email and phone to no avail no one contacting me back responded or anything of that nature. I get on the site and see reviews from people who placed orders after mine and receive their orders but I still have not received mine. I am apprehensive about placing a cancellation because I don't even know if I'd get my money back (since I can't talk to anyone and they don't respond at all) Unless I go through my bank.

Got a new screen for my iPhone 11 I had sitting around that was cracked. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The kit included everything you need to remove old screen and install new one (including new glue seal)

Parts are good. Paid for UPS 2-day shipping, but they sent USPS which took longer. They have not responded to email and I can not reach by phone.

Should have read the reviews. Ordered 12/30/25. 3-4 day ship. They did not ship my order until 1/6/2026. The order was wrong. No answer to emails. The phone number to customer service is clearly a front. The reviews of 5 stars I believe are bots and employees. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

The screen works perfectly fine it just took like 2 weeks to get to my house. In the description it says they will notify you if it’s not in stock or if there are any delays but they didn’t. I had to email them.

Placed an order Jan 10 2026, its been 5 days and no follow up. C/S is very poor, they don't return phone messages, text and now pending on emails sent. They are shown on the web as a potential scam, but then rated trusted!
Will have to contact paypal to reverse the charges.
Will never use this company again. Pay a little more on other sites and have confidence your products will be sent.

This is the best screen I have ever had in my life if works so well for my iPhone and I will most definitely be partaking in getting this screen again.

This company is BAD, they bait and switch. Meaning they randomly choose who to rip off.their customer service is horrible, no one answers emails or phone calls.

I bought 4 premium soft oled iphone screens totaling over $400+ they sent lcd screen instead.

Lcd screens are worthless and really less than $25each, they break easily, pixels are wrong, light pases through.

The issue with this company is that they send what they have on hand, if they dont have it in stock they order via third party and IF THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT THEY WILL ORDER THE CHEAPEST VERSION AND POCKET PROFIT.

This company is a scam. They don’t answer their phone during business hours they do not respond to emails. It took 3 weeks for them to send my items when it clearly states on the website 3-4 business days. I called and emailed and have yet to receive a response but they can send me emails to write a review. After having the new screen installed I’m having issues where the screen turns all black and a hard reset on my phone is the only remedy to get it back. I’ve called various time again and no one answers. I’ve written multiple emails and it’s been almost 4 weeks now and still no reply. This is the worst company to order from they are a scam

SCAMMERS, THIEVES. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. After you pay, you will receive nothing. And you will not be able to contact anyone. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. Run away.
Useless website and useless shop. I wonder how mix they have made scamming people.

i confirmed that the ordered parts were not original with a external company , so disappointed do not order anyone be safe
