Overall ok, but not without issues
Ordered a new centrepiece with screws and tool for folding raybans. Ordering proved to be difficult due to bugs on the mobile-based website, but finally managed to navigate this and ordered.
Order arrived quickly and was packaged well. Spare parts were of decent quality, however tool was pretty useless and unable to tighten the screws I had purchased. Ended up scratching my frames and buying a new tool to install. Screws also appear to be cheap quality, with metal at head of screw being soft, adding to the issue of tightening them effectively (they’re not all rounded).

BEWARE Long shipping time, Wrong Product & Expensive Return
Replacement Lens.net sent the incorrect lens and they would not fit my RayBan glasses. They told me to take them to an optician to get fixed. This did not work and cost me additional $. They offered to let me return the lenses at a cost of $45 shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. BUYER BEWARE

1. We did not receive any direct contact from you before the PayPal claim was opened. After that, our team reached out to you by email on two occasions to assist, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply.
2. The lenses supplied matched the model and serial number provided. We asked you to confirm the lens width with a simple measurement to verify compatibility, but we did not receive that information.
3. The return request was opened through PayPal rather than directly with us. We do offer return solutions starting from approximately $5 depending on the method chosen.
We are always willing to help and find a solution, but we need cooperation and communication to do so. Our customer service remains available if you would like us to review your case again. 💫

So after being perfectly satisfied with my first purchase, I decided to buy a 2nd pair of replacement lenses for my Ray Ban 8313s. Unfortunately you have not sent me what I ordered.
