Brought a car straight Way and a car that i wanted recommended by these guys. Found them very helpful and polite.

I was previously ripped off by an online private sale. Replace The Vehicle helped me to find the right car. The dealership was really helpful and showed me around a couple of vehicles until I got what I needed. They helped me secure the vehicle and I bought a great car.

Super efficient and highly customer focused

The guy I dealt with, Lee was fantastic. Nothing was a bother and always a rapid response.

They were alright until it got complicated, then they began to ignore me. I was told initially I had been approved for £15k, I had negative equity in my current car also. I was told this would be fine as they could add the negative onto my new deal.

I sent over a car and had mine valued, the car combined with the negative was nowhere near £15k. Obviously I don’t know the ins and outs but from what I asked the £15k I was approved on would cover this. All of a sudden the negative was too much and my car wasn’t worth what we initially thought But was still under the £15k.

I was then told they’d go back to the finance and try get more, days went by and no contact so I emailed and had no response. I then tried to call but no one picked up, this was on a weekend but their website shows they work until 4pm on weekends. I also sent Lee a text but no response. All this while I was getting emails and calls from the garage I’d contacted regarding the car I was interested In. The garage kept asking me to put down a holding deposit every other day and pressuring me that the car would be sold, all while I was hearing nothing from Lee.

I then rang and got Lee who seemed surprised I’d called and said he was due to call me, which I highly doubt as it seemed I’d thrown him off by calling. He told me he was still negotiating with the finance and would call me back within the hour, this was 5 days ago and I’ve heard nothing. Twice I’ve been told I’d be called back within the hour and heard nothing.

As I said to Lee I understand the negative was high and if it couldn’t be done that’s fine just let me know, so I can let the garage know to stop ringing me. He said to leave it with him, still heard nothing.

I needed a new car and used replace my vehicle .. brilliant service .. felt supported all the way through the process and nothing was too much trouble .. big thank you to Lee.. highly recommended and thoroughly professional 👌

I can't fault the whole service. Such an amazing experience with this company and the handler dealing with me (Lee). Was with me every step of the way and was extremely helpful even at times when I was absolutely useless and indecisive.

It's so refreshing to know there are still some companies who are willing to go above and beyond to help customers. I can't praise Lee and Ellie enough for their advice and attention to detail. I was at my wits end till I spoke to Lee, and he assured me he would help me sort everything out, and he did.
I now have another car with finance I can afford, and all the paperwork done for me. I can finally breathe again. I don't usually write reviews, but this one had to be written. If I could give more stars I would.

He also continually contacted the appropriate parties, meaning I received the most suitable deal. As a result, I received my replacement car more quickly. Throughout the process, I was always informed and to maintain this rappor, Lee worked additional tireless hours. He was very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend this company.
