couldn’t have loved my hoodie more, but i got automatically signed up for newsletter / email communications without initially consenting, which is really annoying given that it’s a one of purchase and i don’t have particular interest in getting emails from the brand. let your customers decide whether they want to receive marketing, don’t force it on them from the jump
