Represent are real friendly when u first buy from them. A nice welcome card thanking loyal customers, saying that's how the brand was built etc.
Then if something goes wrong that tone changes VERY quickly. Dismissive customer service, do anything they can to avoid helping, no accountability. Even use AI bots to reply to you so they can further avoid dealing with these "customers who built the brand" and poor quality clothing. 247 pants that start to tear after a few months of very normal wear.

The customer service team respond quickly and are always looking for a suitable resolution that benefits the customer. I buy from Represent a lot and whenever I need customer service (which is rare) I have always come away happy with the service.

I ordered a white t-shirt for my son’s birthday, costing £70. Definitely a premium price. I ordered it on 19 April and paid for shipping to arrive in 2-3 days. It is now 1 May and I have received nothing, his birthday was 26 April.
I followed up with Represent and was told to follow up with Royal Mail. I’ve followed up with Royal Mail and not heard anything back yet.
When I pay a premium price for a product and something goes wrong with the courier that Represent chose, I don’t expect to be told that I need to do the chasing of the problem. It’s like saying it’s my problem to fix.
Not happy, a high price for terrible customer service!!

Joggers which are imaged on a model taller than the intended person and they fit in leg length, they did not fit in person. When I go to return, I see that the AI has grabbed my email and phone number for an email that is not private so a plethora of people who should not have seen the order, have. Not only that the order number details were impossible to find on that basis because the email address I entered was only used for a DELUGE of marketing clutter.
When I go to return the items that do not fit, I am now trapped in a 'review return' loop. Finally, I get to have 3,95 deducted from my order amount (really I should send the rest of the order back) for the priviledge.
I heard this CEO on podcasts and his passion and fervor was so impressive with his absolute die hard mission to deliver the best product possible. Sorry to say this has been an underwhelming experience where someone has tried shortcuts with AI and assumed it tested fine when it didn't.

Missing parcel company tries to say they can’t do anything and I need to contact Royal Mail and Royal Mail then advises I need to contact the company, clearly from tracking image there is as no parcel delivered to my no signature no nothing out of bloody pocket

First of all I got the wrong item so I contacted customer service and didn’t get a response. Reordered the same item as it was for my partners birthday, the item came with a black mark on it. Tried taking it back in store and someone told me to contact customer services, I explained I had and had not heard back. They told me someone would be in touch the following day and I still have not heard back. It’s my first time shopping with represent and I can say it will be my last. Not impressed at all!
