Really detailed sets, even though the prices are too large when I do buy from them, it has high quality

I have placed numerous orders with this company, and I just keep coming back for more. My experiences have not been perfect (shipping delays, incomplete orders, etc.) but for being a small business, I am honestly amazed at what they do and how much they accomplish! I have had an overall positive experience with their customer service, and they consistently offer great deals and awesome promos! And, of course, their products are BEAUTIFUL and very high quality; some of the best customs on the market. Businesses like this unquestionably add to the fun and creativity that is unique to LEGO products. I am a proud member of RepublicBricks, and I will continue to shop here for my LEGO Star Wars needs. :)

This is a family owned small business and there are some growing pains typical with such a large scale endeavor. They have a wide selection of Lego MOC products not available through other channels, and always impress me with their variety and range. Their stock include a number of mystery bags where you are guaranteed a minimum value, but have the chance to win far more valuable items. I think the main issue with many of these low reviews is that folks assume they are all getting huge kits in every pack without fully reading what the possible items are for the bag, and in reality a custom Lego figure or smaller set can be quite expensive in its value. The few times I have had questions or issues, the support staff has been quite friendly and helpful. It may take a day or so for responses in some cases, but again, they are a small group dealing with hundreds if not thousands of orders per day. This isn't Walmart, it is a small business that focuses on an underserved community that knows the quality of what they are buying. Keep that in mind, so be willing to wait a bit (great things take time), and order in advance when possible to avoid issues if this is a gift, or for a specific timeframe, and you will have a great experience. I am a repeat buyer, and will continue to be so for a long time.

I found RBs website a few months ago & honestly have had some issues with orders but RB always responded through Instagram for me. Like others stated if you only buy mystery boxes & expecting huge value when spending 5-10 bucks might as well buy 5-10 of them for your chances to be higher. I jumped on here just to support RB with all the negative reviews. As well haven't had one shipment extremely late I always check when they ship. Lastly always check his Instagram for news as well. Will regardless still buy from RB! He even upgraded one of my orders that I spent about 20 dollars & got a $200 V19 V2 Torrent! You can get lucky sometimes!

I have bought too many times to count from RepublicBricks. Sometimes items take time to get all of the parts in and kit together on his end, but once they are ready he ships them out asap. If you only order mystery boxes here and expect to win the big option for that box... You're just putting yourself up for failure. I've always been happy with RepublicBricks because if you have an issue with your order, you can email them directly and get it solved within a day or two. I will continue to buy from RepublicBricks as long as I need a custom set he has.

Overall I purchased items from Republicbricks for roughly $70 total, all of these mystery boxes and all of them were medium-sized or small, but none were disappointing. I honestly don't understand why people get mad, most will obviously not receive a 1000$ set for spending 5.

I have made multiple purchases with Republic bricks, although shipping can take a LONG time, he is always very responsive to questions. I’ve been happy with my purchases throughout the year, and I’m excited to eventually get more!

Mystery Boxes weren't honest or transparent. I purchased with the assumption that anything I could receive would be something that was purchasable on their site. Instead, I got a micro-scale item that is impossible to even know exists as you can't find that item on the site. Impossible to know what you can even get, even when they give you a list of possible items you'll receive. Expect disappointment. Also, customer service is quite rude, instantly on the defensive and calling me "absurd"

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from RepublicBricks despite some of the hate because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I purchased some mystery custom clones and when I received them, they looked nothing like what was advertised. No helmet, parts did not seem to be official Lego like advertised and the printing was smudged and came off pretty easily. I was extremely excited to get this package. I am disappointed that the scathing reviews are completely true.

numerous issues with the instructions, and when asked, the reply is almost always - "you did it wrong". cheapest possible "mystery sets", and quite a few non lego parts. pay close attention to the parts!

My biggest gripe is with the shipping. It’s not the fact that the “pre-orders” that make you wait more than a month are not clearly displayed (It’s usually near the top around the description and disclaimer in the same font, size, and color, making it hard to find). It’s the fact that “Same Day Shipping” apparently just means that he’s going to make the shipping label within 24-hours, not that your product is actually going to be in the mail by then. In other words, if you buy a “Same Day” product on Monday and select “3-Day Shipping,” don’t expect it to be at your house by Thursday. It’s probably going to be at least a week or longer before it’s on the road.

As for the products themselves, the builds are good and fun to put together. You’ll occasionally find a missing or mismatched piece. I’m usually more forgiving of this than most since I know that they’re sorting through literally thousands of LEGO pieces by hand. When this happens I’ll either look in my own collection or go through brinklink if I have to, so I’ve never tried to get a product correction from them. I’m probably not ever going to try considering how long it takes for regular shipping.

As for the mystery boxes, I’ve personally had more of a mixed bag results from them. I’ve had a few decent sets that I didn’t think I’d enjoy but ended up liking, and I’ve got a few stinkers. The main thing to remember when ordering is that they’re just using this as a way to off-load their unused inventory. Some people make this out to be some sort of scandal or con that they’re trying to run, but it was pretty obvious to me before I even ordered my first one. Is it misleading to say that you could end up getting a big-ticket, UCS-level set even though only like 1/1000 might end up with one? Yes, but that’s how most lootbox/gacha games are anyway, so again, I, personally don’t feel too ripped off when I don’t get one of the items that I really wanted. My advice if you decide to go the Mystery Box route: check the potential listed items, find the cheapest/least appealing set on there, and decide if you’re comfortable paying that much for it because there’s a greater than 0% chance that’s what you’ll end up with. Also, check to see if there are any mystery box options that don’t list a product that you already have. That way, if and when you end up with the smallest, cheapest set, it’ll at least be a new experience.

In conclusion, always remember that this is essentially just a 3rd-party vendor, not a proper product distributor, so you should expect that sort of quality in regards to the customer service and products themselves. Personally, I usually wait between official LEGO Star Wars waves to order from them when I’ve run out of actual sets to build.

The minifigures are high quality and super cool! Shipping took a bit but I don’t care about, customer service was great too. I will definitely buy more minifigures from them!

Super Shady, i wouldn't buy from RepublicBricks. Mystery boxes are essentially a scam and receiving your package on time is unlikely. I bought a discounted pre order without knowing immediately it was a pre order because they don't make it stand out and was supposed to ship it by the 30th of June. That time came and went and they told me they weren't going to be shipping out packages until 2 months later because they were moving locations. If that were the case, anybody would have the foresight to know that June 30th would be impossible. They had a sale that they weren't able to fulfill by said time. RepublicBricks is more interested in pocketing your money than providing an enjoyable experience. Greedy and Shady

Ordered two of the same mystery boxes and when I received them they were the exact same thing. Went to check the item description of the Mystery box I ordered and the page is no longer available. So I can't even verify that what I got was on the list of sets. I am also pretty sure the description said no duplicates. The parts I got ranged from brand new to cracked, dirty, and yellowed.
There were a ton of missing pieces as well.
Had I not received two of the exact same thing I wouldn't have been able to complete one whole build.
Will not buy from them again. It was a waste of money and I learned my lesson.

So cheap that they can't even give guns in their minifigure mystery packs and takes like a month to ship

My advice is to buy from lego and make your own mocs.

Bought over $100 of products on May 4th promotion and received USPS tracking almost the same day. However, it is over 2months now, the tracking still has no update. There is no reply to email questions from republicbricks. This is one of the worst online experiences so far. I would avoid future purchases.

Updated: I finally heard from them and the offered to send me a new order if I paid for postage. To the UK this cost around £25 but my son was so upset I agreed. I promptly received my 2nd incorrect order - an exact replica of the incorrect order I had already received. Couldn’t even be bothered to go back a 2nd time as I had now spent over £100 and still didn’t have what I had ordered. Fingers burned, lesson learned. Please do not use if outside of US. It could be a very expensive experience.

I wish I had looked at online reviews of this website before ordering from them as it is difficult to find anything positive about them.
My order did arrive, eventually, but it was not what we ordered! I should post the video of his disappointment unboxing what we did receive but I suspect they would simply remove : block it.
My young son saved hard to buy from them and they won’t even reply to my emails. It would have been so easy to resolve!
Guess I have saved myself a lot of money as he won’t be getting his birthday wish list now but I still have one very upset 11 year old!
