Easy to use and guaranteed, although it took a while to receive payment.

Everything went smoothly and tickets sold within 2 days of listing. The transaction part was a little slow but exactly 10 business days from concert date.
Would definitely use again!

Terrible service. Telephone customer service refuse to forward to complaints department. Tried to claim to have a valid contract of sale with a minor. Under 18 year old had made genuine error in listing but could not correct and then the are threatening to charge him $100 “broken sale” fee! What a rip off!! Steer clear

DONT ever use!!! Wanted to buy football tickets and was redirected to this website - I had to join as a new member after joining I was redirected to wrong game before realising I ended up buying wrong tickets. The next process was to re sell them . It’s now cost me $120 in fees and 2 weeks after the game I still haven’t been paid !!! They stipulate Payment in 10 days? It’s all a joke - Worst ever STAY AWAY!!!

Tried to get Childish Gambino tickets through there regular website just for it to sell out and appear magically on the resale site for more than twice the value! Thanks for legalising scalping!!

A great service but it took way too long to receive payment - over a month after the tickets were sold, and presumably Ticketmaster received payment.
Make payments quicker and the service would be terrific.

Payment way too slow - although the "fine print" states up to a month perhaps that information should be listed in a larger more prominent area rather saying 7 days - also believe payment should not be AFTER the event, but paid after the SALE is made

I loved being able to sell my tickets to a concert that l ended up not being able to go to. Yes l sold them for half the amount l paid but to me l was just glad that someone got to use the tickets. In the future l will look on here for tickets to concerts I'm keen to go to .. never know when you may get a bargain.

What a relief to find a trustworthy resale point for my tickets. There are no false claims or misleading conduct (unlike Viago to which I have lost hundreds of dollars). I got tickets for an interstate event and couldn't use them so I sold on resale. Easy process and money went in as promised.

This was the easiest, safest and fastest way to resell my tickets. Would highly recommend!!

I’ll use Ticketmaster resale again if I need to sell an unwanted ticket, I liked that I got to choose how much I wanted to sell for. The only minor inconvenience is I had to wait till after the gig to get my payment
