Great system, very efficient way to sell tickets

Initally was unsure of the success I would have selling tickets to shows in Sydney I had purchased and unable to use due to an unexpected illness. A friend suggested I try and resell the tickets, so hesitantly I did. All I can say is it’s easy, lots of communication and great support. I did have to call during one sale as I was in hospital and the support I received to ensure the sale was excellent- 10/10. Payment received and all was perfect.

Good service to assist with resale ticket when is no convenient or possible to attend events, concerts or gigs.

Simple to list and sell!
Fast easy transaction, clear terms and fees and fast payment - would highly recommend.

Tickets never got sent to us, so stood outside the event unable to get in, and Ticketmaster resale aren’t open past 5pm on weekends so there was nothing we could do! Won’t go through Ticketmaster resale again.

It was the easiest transaction to make no stress on the seller at all

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick it was to sell tickets on the resale website. The controls applied to ensure duplicate tickets were no present also addressed some of my initial fears. Funds transfer was within the promised time window. Strongly recommend.

I purchased my ticket online the day prior to the event. I was a little nervous about receiving my ticket in time so emailed customer care with my concern and they replied within the hour with a reference number for me to present to the box office at the event to obtain my ticket. I presented the email and my ID to the box office and was issued with my ticket with no issues at all. All in all a great night :)

I was sceptical that selling tickets could be so easy - but I was wrong! Very simple, straightforward process.

Super easy to set up the sale of the ticket. It was sold within 20 minutes of placing it on Ticketmaster Resale Australia. I will only be using Ticketmaster Resale Australia to sell any tickets from now on. Excellent!

It was quick & easy to list which sold quickly. The only thing I disliked was it taking over a week to receive my money

The process was easy and quick, but mostly we used the service so that potential buyers has guarantees.

Ticketmaster added a huge markup, but it would have been hard to realize the same amount of net cash any other way - none of our acquaintances wanted to buy, and there are few other trusted resale sources.

Straightforward instructions, resale money promptly deposited.

Every time I’ve had to sell tickets last minute, they always sell quickly on here. Much quicker than eBay.
Only issue is it takes a while for the money to end up in your account. They state this on their site, so I was aware but still frustrating though

I was at first a bit wary and nervous about selling my tickets but the process was easy. I had trouble uploading the tickets so phoned to get advice. Had a very helpful consultant who very quickly and easily talked me through the steps. I received email confirmations and notifications along the way. Payment came about 2 weeks after the concert, which although annoying at first, was understandable.
