Seems to have all we'd need for immediate treatment of snake and other bites. All well-packaged and looks great quality. Hopefully we won't get to use it, but confident ii will be great if we do.

We understand how important clear instructions are, especially for a first-aid product. Currently, detailed treatment instructions for snake bites are sent by email after purchase and are also available on our website, where they can be easily viewed or printed.
That said, we recognise this may not have been as clear or convenient as expected, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused.
We are currently in the process of adding printed instructions directly into all kits to ensure that this information is always on hand in an emergency.

I ordered two snake first aid kits for gifts just days before Christmas. It was a Sunday and Monday AM., I had a message to say it was prepared and was ready to be posted. I paid for express post, but was unsure if It would arrive in SA from Queensland before Christmas, but was relieved when they arrived early AM., on the 24th December. Excellent service. Thank you. The recipients were delighted with the kits as they like camping and live near bush land.
