I have booked a apartment Casa dei Venti in Corfu using this company for the first time! There was not much information about the apartment! When we went there, it was 200 steps , more,no lift! Me with a baby, puschair, luggages, they had a poor lift where it covered around 20 steps just for the luggage.
The guy Alexi was not helpful, when We can in the room the air conditioning wanst working, so I called the oveners again. The women on the phone said. Because I have boomed trough this website the aircon gonna cost me extra 10 pounds for every day.
I told her with a frustration I raised my voice as she was not listening to me, I begged her to bring the remote control for the AC because I have a baby and its 30• inside! I ritually wanted to cry! The owner come all angry! I closed the doors a bit as It looked his about to punch me! He tells me in a threatening voice to open the door and dont call anymore!
We we’re leaving the hotel early a d coming back late as we were scared! When I informed the hotel after few days! I told them the reason I didnt call before because I was afraid that they will call the hotel and it will make them more angry! Despite my concern this company did called the hotel telling what my worry was about a aggressive man!
This company send me email saying that there is no owner man its women(its. Family business) and they say there is no man receptionist! I tell this company that I have a phone number of this receptionist man Alexi as there is no women apart the cleaner being a female! Reserving.com emailed me saying “we can try to find you another accommodation but we Cant promise “
I asked reserving.com for a refund because we have not received support and they put as in a danger, even though I have paid insurance cover which states i their policy that it will cover full refund ! They refused to give me a refund , and offered a 140 pounds as they care for their customers they say! Even though ints written “refund for the days not enjoyed during the trip” “ coverage until the end of the stay”

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
I made a booking for $1495.26 but upon checking my account saw they charged me $1666.77!!
I emailed customer support and they told me my booking was made in European money.
So I canceled!!! And they refunded me 1653.46???
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY $13.01???
The experience was not good whatsoever!!!

We have done the booking for Mauritius, Le Meredien , for 07/07/2023 , for 5 nights for two rooms , I called hotel to confirm my booking, which they flatly refused. They haven’t received any bookings. I have paid a huge amount. I have not received any confirmation number also from reserving.com , when I called them they said I will receive it by mail . I am confused.

I replied as follows and sent an email with a reservation confirmation voucher, but the day before my stay, I suddenly got an email telling me to change to another hotel. I said it's the same grade hotel, but the price is completely different. Do people check their mails when they travel? If I hadn't checked the mail, I would have gone to the accommodation I originally booked and been humiliated! I never recommend this site.

I asked the hotel because I had a request, but they said there was no reservation history, so I sent an email to reserving.com , but I couldn't respond, and no matter how many inquiries I left on the reserving.com site, I couldn't get a reply.

I booked a two night stay through Reserving.com. The room at the hotel was extremely dirty (black hair, blood stains and mold smell), and I only stayed one night, only because I arrived late at night and had no other options. I made a complaint about the room and requested a refund. They refused, but offered me two more nights in the same hotel (the dirty hotel I was complaining about). Why would I want to stay at a hotel I am complaining about?

Reserving.com offered a very attractive rate I have booked the room with booking no. 1687141936. With the classic problem the hotel can't find my booking and I can't contact to reserving.com via email. There will always be an automated reply saying that request sent through the email will not be processed. For the customer benefits and conveniences the website should provide few channel of the CS to solve the problem! Please kindly confirm with the hotel with this booking number. Thank you.

My booking number is 1686309639, and I have tried to contact the hotel to confirm my reservation he told me that there is no such reservation and he asked me to let reserving.com call him as soon as possible to solve this issue but no one called him yet.
If so please call the hotel and let the hotel call me back and confirm with me that the reservation is available else I am canceling the booking.

RUINED OR VACATION - I BOOKED A ROOM FOR 4 NIGHTS FOR A 2 BD SUITE. I WENT TO CHANGE MY DATES AND IT DOWN GRADED OUR ROOM. WE HAVE 8 PEOPLE ALL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. NOT OK. WE PAID FOR A 2 BD SUITE WE DID NOT GET IT THANKS TO RESERVING.COM NOT HAVING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN THEY DO EMAIL YOU BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER, THEY WILL NOT FIX THEIR WEBSITES' MISTAKES. THEY RUINED OUR VACATION.

I attempted multiple times to book though Reserve.com but was not able to do so. On the face of it there was an issue of the cell phone number. As I travel I change SIM cards from country to country of presence. But the numbers were rejected. I think this company is bogus.

Arrived in US after a long flight from the UK to be told that reserving.com had not actually booked the hotel I received confirmation (and had paid) for, for 3 nights stay. Reserving.com took an hour to get back to me by which time I'd had to find myself a new hotel in a different location for one night, at much greater expense, and will have transfer to another one for the final two nights. Reserving.com say I will be refunded the charge, but have offered no compensation or assistance with rebooking. An incredibly stressful experience. Avoid this company like the plague.
Response to reply: Reserving.com offered zero help to find a new hotel. There was also no offer of compensation or or making up the difference of a new hotel. All the person I spoke to offered was a cancellation and refund which I will hopefully receive in "up to 10 days". The customer service option of leaving a message for a call back which isn't responded to for an hour or more is dreadful. It was late on Saturday evening and I had no indication that I would get a call back at all. The alternate hotels I found myself so I had a place to stay at short notice have cost me nearly double what I paid to reserving.com. I reiterate - avoid this company.

I was making a reservation through the site, I went to the last step and paid. They drown the money out of my card, but after the payment the site said the booking is not confirmed and took me back to the home page. Now I don't have a booking or even a booking number I can use to complain, but my money are gone !

We booked alila Seminyak for 2 nights . 2 days before our travel we just called the hotel to organise our taxi from the airport, to our surprise we were informed that reserving.Com has canceled our booking . Just worst booking site ever .

I had booked two hotels and informed me that it is confirmed. When I want to make payment they still have my old card though I have given my new one. Of course this was rejected. I want to update my card I spent hours and was unsuccessful. I have never came across a company where is so difficult to make a booking. I have tried to phone and there is no personal attendance only machine and this was no good. I have tried the Spanish number and the machine keeps repeating same thing all over again and again. Hopeless!!
