I’m 2 weeks away from a family trip and I have been battling with this company to uphold my reservation with Secrets Royal Beach, Punta Cana. They cancelled my booking and moved it to another hotel claiming it had been done by the hotel. I contacted the hotel and was told that it was cancelled by reserving.com. It has been 12 days and there has been no satisfactory resolution. I have been offered a measly €100 for my inconvenience but I really just want my reservation honoured. There are people flying from all over the world and I am the only one affected because I chose this dodgy company. I have been the one chasing them and I just want this resolved so I can look forward to this reunion with family and friends. Alternative accommodation doesn’t work because there are no offsite activities booked. I booked this months in advance to secure my booking and ensure I would be ok and this is highly disappointing

Trying to book a hotel in Gothenburg, after I left my contact details and go to the next step, I was expecting the payment step, I was told that the price had changed and then it was ~20% higher than the price showed at first.
Such a ripoff, I will not use their service again. I book a lot of stuff online and this has never happened before...

This company will provide you their booking reference for your booking but if you call the hotel the hotel will not have your booking yet. They say the booking reference is their internal booking number. Three weeks into the booking and insistently asking them my booking reference with the hotel, they provided me me one other reference which I was unable to check with the hotel due to an accident I had and decided to not travel anymore. I tried to cancel the hotel (4 weeks before the reservation dates), they said they would try to negotiate with the hotel to get my refund back but at the end they denied any refund value even though I provided the information that I was in an accident and can provide medical records. Seems like they never tried to negotiate with the hotel. I lost almost $600 on this ridiculous reservation “company”.

I had an accident, and had to cancel my trip. I provided medical documentation to justify unable to travel. They canceled but did not refund a penny, and I had to pay full price of my hotel booking although cancellation was done more than 3 weeks prior to the trip.

I made a reservation on 17 July and fully prepaid for it. I arrived at my hotel on 10/10/2023, to be told the reservation was never paid for, and the hotel demanded payment before I could check in. Several calls and emails later, the matter is still not resolved, and the customer service keeps telling me to wait.

I've been wishing for a holiday at an all-inclusive hotel for a long time. So, I began checking prices on various websites and eventually found the best deal on resrervin.com. I had some initial doubts after reading reviews about Reserving.com, but Booking.com didn't have great reviews either. Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance and booked through Reserving.com.
To ease any concerns about the booking, I recommend calling the hotel after making the reservation to verify everything is in order. I followed this advice, and everything went perfectly. I even gota better room (a standard room with a garden view) at 50% less than the cheapest option on Booking.com (a club room with a garden view). It was an excellent deal, and I'm truly thankful for this holiday.
Now, for a review of my stay at Adora Golf Resort:
Disclosure: I've stayed at Adora more than four times. The first trip was enjoyable, but over the years, there was a decline in quality. After a break of seven years, I was pleasantly surprised to see significant positive changes. The rooms had been renovated, and the Wi-Fi issues, which many reviews had complained about, were resolved. I had a good internet connection all over the place, even at the beach, a problem I had never seen handled so well by any other hotel. I highly appreciate how they managed this.
The rest of my stay went as expected, with a fantastic swimming pool, excellent service, comfortable rooms, good food, and plenty of activities such as airgun shooting, volleyball, archery, water polo, darts, and more. I'd like to extend my thanks to the animation team for their great service.
I was pleasantly surprised to find two ping pong tables with rackets and balls for guests to enjoy. The matches before showtime were engaging, and the shows themselves were fantastic, including magic shows, acrobatics, and comedy shows—a perfect way to end an evening. For those with extra energy, there was always an afterparty available.
As always, it's tough to leave such a wonderful holiday. Until next year, goodbye and thank you.

We request nicely to Reserving.com for not undercutting our rates, we got very nice reply, but actually, the undercut rates are still prolonged until today.
We already perhaps sent more than 5 emails.
As rates are not correct, we could not accomodate any guests using this platform.

The worst experience on a vacation I've had thus far reserving with these guys. I had 2 rooms reserved far in advance with super.com and reserving.com (with the purchased insurance mind you, both terrible agencies in refunding you your money). If you read the Diez Hotel website they claim both just a valid photo ID and easy cancellation if you run into any issues (see the screenshot for verification or the hotel's FAQs section).
Day 1 - We arrive at Medellin and it is raining. Immediately we try to check in to our already paid-for rooms with passport and/or government-issued IDs. However, the hotel denied our party the ability to check in because there is an "unwritten rule" that government IDs must be Colombian despite this not being a written policy anywhere nor a warning upon reservation. The hotel did not attempt to remediate the issue or be helpful whatsoever despite already being paid $800 for 2 rooms. Fortunately, other hotels nearby do not play these games and were more than welcoming to provide us rooms (tyvm Jo and Joe Hotel, they were half the price and super accommodating having no said policy to accept paying guests).
For the entirety of the vacation, I spent the week trying to get my $800 reimbursed by the hotel and reservation agencies because no service or rooms were provided. However, surprise surprise no one wants to return the money (even after purchasing the insurance with the reservation company!) and I am working ways to recoup my expenses having already paid half of that for 2 rooms with Jo and Joe Hotel, which again, were more than amazing and cheaper.
Stay away from Diez Hotel and this reservation company if you want to avoid a nightmare and not get robbed out of hundreds of dollars.

I have had no experience with their customer support and can't give a comprehensive reveiw of their whole operations, just my personal experience.

I paid €663 for 2 rooms for 2 days in Portsmouth on 26/06/2023. (booking #1687799020). After arriving at the Holiday Inn hotel in Portsmouth on 24/07/2023, the hotel confirmed the reservation of only one room! It was evening, half of the family had nowhere to sleep. The hotel was fully occupied. Communication with reserving.com did not resolve anything. I had to purchase a room at another hotel for £297. I have sent all the supporting documents requested by Reserving.com. I still haven't received the money for the purchased 2nd room - £297 or even half of €663, i.e. €331,5, paid for unbooked room !!!!

I cancelled my hotel booking# 1689115746 last July 14th when Southwest Airlines cancelled the flight to our hotel destination of San Jose, California. I have sent many emails to reserving.com and siniestros.mundial (their partner insurance company). It is now July 27th and no resolution yet about my request to refund our payment of $174.29.
