No issues

No issues. Fast. Cheap. Package was sent to their facility the next day they shipped it out to me. Just read directions and make sure you put the suite number. Would use them again for sure.

no business account an very expensive parcel rates

I tried their service after few years working with MYUS, but it was not an improvement.. difficult to setup a business account, no option to add the regualtory company VAT details for import. And after the first test order of a small parcel I was shocked by the high price the offered.. much higher than MYUS (which is also not perfect for other reasons) .. when asking customer service about it, they told me they do not focus on or deal with affordable shipping rates, but rather focus on the forwarding service (?) . For me as business I prefer the FWD companies, because they have sharp rates for shipping, something a local shop in the US cannot offer for international shipping.

So I will continue my search for a better matching service.

I placed my order at the beginning of…

I placed my order at the beginning of February with the understanding it would shipped by the end of February. By the middle of March and it’s still not shipped with no specific date set. I did not get any opportunity or any information as to when it might ship yet if I went to the website, it seemed available. Very unorganized was very dissatisfied. Had to cancel my order.

convenient shipping option

It was very convenient shipping to this location. Unfortunately, it took a little time to locate the item and get reflected in my packages. But once it was reflected, I was able to ship out quickly and receive my item.

They were great and very responsive…

They were great and very responsive with any questions I had regarding my shipment. The only thing I was kinda concerned about is the fact that it was my first experience with them and my package arrived at reship on a Friday morning and it wasn’t uploaded to my account until Wednesday. I thought it was “gonna be lost”. But once it was as uploaded and I paid for shipping and other fees it was shipped out the same day.

My 1st time using Reship's services went well. I had awesome customer support from Maya, who resolved some import issues that the parcel faced and did so very promptly. Looking forward to my next time with the company's service. ♥

Extremely expensive service.

Service was fast and efficient. Website is outdated so that had me worried. Service was good, but just extremely expensive. I wouldn’t use them in the future unless absolutely necessary, like it was in this instance

ReShip Used to Be Great — Now They’re Inflating Prices and Intentionally Oversizing Packages

I’ve been using ReShip for over half a decade, and this is the first time I’ve been genuinely shocked by the outrageous shipping prices and service fees. They used to be a service I could rely on, up until my most recent experience described below.

When I checked the carrier rates they were offering, I found the prices through ReShip to be significantly higher than the actual shipping costs from the carrier itself. Because of that, I ended up purchasing my own label and providing it to them just to get the package sent out. This appears to be part of a newer “provide your own label” service they now offer, but even using that option — which was the cheapest route available — I was still charged additional service fees.

What made this even more concerning was that Royal Mail wasn’t even listed as a shipping option, even though it has always been the most affordable method for the types of items I send to my UK mailbox. The reason given was that the package exceeded the size and weight limits required to use Royal Mail.

However, this was the same type of item I’ve had shipped to my ReShip mailbox many times before (a single LP record). The original shipping box they received clearly had the item’s weight listed on the label. Despite that, the package was somehow measured and weighed high enough to remove the cheapest shipping option entirely — Royal Mail.

After years of being a customer, this experience has seriously shaken my confidence in their pricing transparency. I would advise long-time customers like myself to carefully review their shipping options and consider alternatives going forward.
