Great, I was skeptical of the service I even thought the US address I was given was wrong as I couldn’t enter the full suite info in my JC Penny order, everything arrived on time at the US location. I received notification when it was processed and proceeded to further ship to my home in Canada. This is a fantastic option!
Fast and well packed reshipping

I’ve never used a service like this before, but the whole process turned out to be incredibly easy and fast. I’m in Canada and wanted to buy something from a website that was sold out here, but still available in the UK. I was a bit skeptical at first, but since it wasn’t a high-ticket item, I figured I’d give it a try. Worst case scenario, I’d be out $40.
Once I received the delivery notification from the original retailer, within about 30 minutes I got an email from Reship confirming the package had arrived at their facility and was ready for me to choose a shipping option. I selected the 5 business day option and it arrived in 3.
Overall, it was a really smooth experience and I’d definitely use the service again.
Insanely expensive
Insanely expensive. I had a small package (4.3lbs) and the only options they could provide were FEDEX starting at $81. The package content wasn't worth more than $31. And I have a GOLD membership. Pointless. Might as well have let Amazon deliver it directly.

At no time in the shipping process was i told I would need to hire a Customs broker to clear my shipment in Mexico. My shipment had a value od $38. I paid Reships $44 fee because it was cat food that my daughter needed for her very picky cat.I get a notice from FedEx that my package is being held at the airport until I retain a customs broker in Mexico to clear it.I call a few Customs brokers in Nexico and have some difficulty speaking in English with them. One Customs broker tells me that Customs brokers will probably chargec$1000 dollars to clear my package. My $38 package was then sent back to Reship who charged mec$24 to return it to me. Reship never gave me any warning when I sent my package to ymexico that I would have to choose a Customs broker and no information how to do so or what it might cost.

No updates despite emails – pure negligence impacting my disability and mental health.
This isn’t new – 2020-2024 reviews echo the same: “rip off” pricing ($90 for $15 books), PO box bans, unprocessed parcels.
