I just received approval for the planning permission for my loft conversion and the process is so smooth and quick. Resi's team is so amazing and professional. They came up with the design based on my requirements and prepared all the application materials so quickly within 2-3 weeks and the materials are so professional, detailed and nice that the approval is granted <1.5 months without any further additional amendment. It is really challenging in this conservation area. The architect Alberto and his team have done a fantastic job. We also want to specially thank you Laura and she was so nice and patient to wait and follow up with us tirelessly for about a year before we can start and make this application. Thanks also Ted and others for your support. Your team and company is really impressive!

The office reception staff have been so poilte in passing me through to Mr Andrew Sutherland in a very short space of time.
Andrew has been very helpful in providing the necessary responses with high speed. We have been working on some challenging drainage issues where the location and material of the pipes was unknown. This has enabled us to press on with out causing any interruption to the work program. Thank you to the team Graham

The whole team were great from start to finish. We had a very difficult planning officer but RESI persevered and we eventually achieved full planning permission.

We have been involved with Resi now for about 2 years and are in a very fortunate position of being one of the selected building companies Resi use as part of their connect team. I have to say that they make the whole process, whether it be their clients or a building company easy to work with. The Portal which they are constantly updating and improving for both sides is very easy to use and very professional. Apart from very good customer service and the architectural front end, they have a great back up team who are always on hand when and if issues arise. I do want to mention the Resi Connect team lead by Olivia, is first class. It makes the life of contractors so much easier using the service. Very pleasant person.
She provide an in-depth explanation of what she would be doing and where, and was very respectful of my property.
Survey took over 2.5 hours and Amelia kept me informed as she went.

I have been working with Resi as a contractor for just over a year, and the experience has been fantastic. Zara, Hafsa, Olivia, and the rest of Team Resi have made the collaboration seamless, ensuring that projects run smoothly. The ease of working with this team has contributed greatly to my positive experience with Resi.

Zara has been great, always prompt in her communication and responding/tending to our queries. The technical team at RESI provide clear concise drawings, documentation, with a seamless accessibility to our contractor's portal. We look forward to our continued working relation and onboarding new projects.

Following an unhelpful discussion with Hounslow Council, I enlisted aid from Resi. Nick Stockley and Alberto handled my case. Both were very professional and completed my application for planning permission, within our agreed budget, to a successful outcome. From my experience, highly recommended.

Resi have been superb, I cannot fault them at all. We made two planning applications - one for a ground floor wraparound extension and another for a loft extension. Both were granted planning permission on the first go. From the design phase to building regulations drawings and steps in between, they have guided me through the process in a clear way - I'm a first time buyer so needed a lot of guidance which Resi gave. They were patient with my questions and explained things clearly and quickly. They were always on hand with any queries I had.
