AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE
Ordered wrong gate due to wrong information read on the website. You need to make the instructions clearer. What kind of scenarios, with post without post etc etc. yes it does say on the website but not clear enough. Its easy to get mixed up like i did. Why would anyone want to order wrong size? Clearly the instructions arent good enough. If you read other reviews. You will see other people in same situation. So the information is not good enough then! Fine, i’ll pay for a “mistake”i made due to your misleading information but £100 for shipping? Excuse me? It does not cost that much! I can arrange my own shopping n it wont cost half of that. And £75 restocking fee? Reasonable to charge restocking but not this much, gate has not been fitted at all. U’d be replacing packaging at the most which does not cost £75. Some reasonable charge is ok but a total of £175 to take it back is ridiculous. Will never buy again. Will not recommend to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST.

They charge 20% restocking which they deduct before they refund you.
Sent emails but they use the get out excuse of "Due to an unexpectedly high volume of enquiries" so I hope they refund me before they send my order out.

We bought a gate from the residential gates, the gate is good quality, but unfortunately received wrong size and misleading info on the site, as it says 180cm and i have received 172cm, upon checking with the seller he mentions that i need to consider the B diagram, from the B pdf, when ever someone buys they go by the advert not by the pdf, so in the advert it says 180cm height, in the advert they should mention as 172cm is the actual gate height and pole is 180cm as that is very confusing and misleading. Because i was following the advert on the photo not the pdf as that is what every one does.
Now the seller doesn't resolve the issue he says they are correct. The gate looks small. Very disappointed and sad, inspite of spending so much money this is what happened.
Hence i have to give this rating.

To clarify, the advertised height of 1800mm refers to the total height from the top to the bottom of the gate frame. The infill height, which is 1720mm in this case, is indeed slightly shorter due to the design requirements necessary for proper installation and hinge positioning.
On each product page, our website includes detailed diagrams specific to each product and a full installation guide, which was also sent to you via email on Monday, 29 April, prior to your order being placed. These documents specify that the height measurement is taken from the frame of the gate, not the infill panels. This is essential for ensuring customers have the necessary clearance for installation.
We would have been happy to offer a full refund if the gate had not been installed and was still in its original packaging, as this would be within our 30-day returns policy. Since the gate has already been installed, we are unable to process a refund at this stage. However, we are sorry that you are disappointed with this matter.
To help achieve the height you desire, you might consider adjusting the installation by moving the gate up 4cm. This can be done by not using the floor-mounted hinge and instead installing the gate using the wall-mounted hinge, which allows for a higher installation.

Been charged a transaction fee?
Been charged a transaction fee? Unfortunately custom does not really mean custom. Its means that they can hack a gate down from its original size but not make it any bigger.
Unable to fulfil my order and charged me £12.16 for the privilege.

Fantastic gate!!
So happy with the pedestrian gate !! After a really horrible experience with a well known composite gate and screen company I decided aluminium was the way to go! I honestly didn’t know what to expect as I was a bit nervous as the price of my gate was really good for aluminium. The gate is fantastic!!! Really easy ordering and delivery, couldn’t be happier!!

From the initial enquiry to the placing of the order, the online response is best described as amazing!
The responses were from Jason (a real person) addressed the issues and were inevitably on the same day; puts the likes of banks and other major retailers to shame!
The gates were delivered within THREE days against a scheduled delivery timescale of 2 to 3 weeks (custom made).
