Talking with customer service regarding my order a stone island jacket I cancelled my order on the 18 July but they sent the item on the 19th they are now saying to me that the shipment has been processed and they can’t do anything for me…

This tax is not included in price and IS NOT CLEAR on their product page.

The website and prices are great but minimum spend is £135 excluding delivery which then attracts import tax so my £168 purchase got £51 tax apllied by dhl which was a bummer.
