I'm in two minds at the moment. Resolver in in cahoots with Bingham solicitors for a no win no fee claim for data breaches with Google, Microsoft, etc. I filled in a basic form to see if I could claim,... See more

Thank you for assisting me with a dispute concerning both eBay & Yodel. You were the only real company to help me out as I was being bounced back and forth.
Thank you again.

Didn't help me Manage my Complaint ! Complete waste of time and effort. Sent me on a merry go round of Emails and requests . See other reviews DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

What a waste of time .
It's ok if the company you want to complain about recognises resolver !
As in my case park dean will not.
So it was pointless starting a case & waiting for a positive outcome .

No point using this company absolute waste of time! We have a secure locked site and are only open weekdays. Evri Delivered to an out building(We dont have one) on a Weekend, no signature no image and they still believed Evri and told us to contact Ebay, Ebay said its Evri's fault.......
This is a review of Resolver who were a complete waste of time

I cannot praise Resolver enough, they were so efficient and made it very easy for me to present my case. The more evidence you can provide them with does help them. I was impressed with the speed with which my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would always look to them again if I needed help and I would recommend them to everyone.

This website allows you to go through the entire process of making a case with a company only to discover after you have done all this that the particular company - in this case Tesco- does not engage with Resolver or any communications sent through them. Really we need this to be flagged up to us before we go to all the work and effort of setting up a case in the first place otherwise it just adds to the feelings of frustration and exhaustion we are already experiencing due to the existing issue we are having.
The reason I went through Resolver is because of the lack of routes to contact Tesco in writing via email. When I contacted Resolver about this directly when it was clear opening a case was futile I was sent a link to fill in a Tesco online form that doesn't appear to exist.
thank you for your reply letting me know you have removed tesco from your website
The same goes for my complaint to Waitrose via Resolver. If Waitrose don't engage via Resolver then there is no point in raising a complaint.

Cannot download attachments to your case file, all you receive is the PDF. makes the case useless as all my uploads are my evidence.
Edit: they fixed it.

Trying to raise a complaint about NatWest. Resolver is asking me questions that I don't know the answer to. I'll have to find an alternative to resolver. Any recommendations? Sent me two responses. The first contradicted what their system says. The second, received today, simply backs up the useless email I had before. I'll use an alternative to Resolver.

Useless. Used them to raise a compensation claim on Aer Lingus. No response from AL, until I called them and learned the emails from Resolver were empty (I'd fully completed with all relevant data). Other travelling friends who went direct have been compensated already. I raised a support issue with Resolver twice, and have not had a response from them. Less than useless service. Now dealing with AL direct, and very delayed.

Thought it would help me get my case resolved but it's done nothing to help except remind me to keep chasing the company

I am thrilled that Resolver was able to get a result and arrange a refund after I had sent two emails and I had had two 1 hour unanswered phone calls. This happened within 8 hours too. Well done Resolver.

Cannot emphasise enough how pleased I am with this company! My issue was resolved within two weeks and a refund granted.Especially pleased because there was not an option that would resolve my complaint with the company involved and no email address given.I was also updated with the progress of my issue and advised on the next steps if needed.Thankyou

Resolver dealt with my case with high inhumanity to the injury caused from the use of a lenovo product. No sense of human feelings, the email response kept talking about warranty and technical issues to an injury complaint. Unbelievable.

They were meant to be sorting a problem with Spotify. No longer hear anything

I was due to fly with Air France but there was strike action on the day and my flight was cancelled at very short notice. I was told I'd be sent vouchers towards another flight. This was just before the big COVID pandemic of 2020. I booked via another airline and had my vacation. I assumed the vouchers were delayed due to the pandemic, but after four years have neither received vouchers nor a refund for the flight from Air France. Resolver were a complete waste of time and I got so fed up with filling in the same forms and giving the same information again and again, and getting nowhere, that I've now just put it down to experience. My advice is to give up if you don't get a speedy resolution to your complaint.

When making a complaint against a Broadband/Landline provider, you get to the step of the file being passed to CISAS. Not so; the file does not get passed to CISAS it will go to CEDR who'll ignore it. CEDR want you to fill out a long complicated online form to which you can add many files/documents. If you've got the time, energy and a philadelphia lawyer attitude it might be a successful submission. The statement that the case file is passed to CISAS is NOT true in essence.
**** This part added after the reply from Resolver.****
It would be more accurate to say that Resolvers actions do not align with CISAS. The submission of a case file or notes is NOT what CISAS / CEDR require. I've filled in the online form and the matter is proceeding after a slight clarification I needed to make. Don't get me wrong, the Resolver system is great but the assumption the matter gets before CISAS / CEDR 'as is' can be seen as misleading...

Fantastic Service! Have been trying to get a refund for goods that weren’t delivered and to no avail. I’d given up hope, until I found this company and I received my refund on the same day I signed up. This platform enabled me to provide further evidence to show my goods weren’t delivered. Thank you Resolver!

Anyone thinking of using resolver should read this response I had from eCOGRA when escalating through resolver:
Hi Brett,
Thanks for reaching out.
Please make use of our website to lodge a dispute as we do not operate via the Resolver Platform.’
Save your time and contact eCOGRA first. This was a gambling dispute with Kwiff.
