I'm in two minds at the moment. Resolver in in cahoots with Bingham solicitors for a no win no fee claim for data breaches with Google, Microsoft, etc. I filled in a basic form to see if I could claim,... See more

Used this for a complaint against O2 (as directed by the O2 website!) at the end of Oct '24 and have never received anything other than the automated responses even when escalated to the Ombudsman!! Have chased many times through the site but no use after 3 months. Now need to work out how else I can raise the dispute as this has just been a massive waste of time

Waste of time, ive always made my own complaints and had results. My first complaint via resolver complete waste of time. Account deleted and will never use again. Complete time waste. I will be interested how many cases that actually resolve because i cannot see any proof so far. I HATE TIME WASTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After your reply, im sorry but an auto reply is standard practice. I cannot see any positives to use your services at this moment in time (cut out the middle man)

I recently had to use Resolver to help with my dealings with House of Fraser as I was getting no satisfaction with regards to sending back an item for a refund. After contacting Resolver the matter was resolved within days and I got my refund. I am really pleased I contacted them and would definitely recommend using this company. I do not think I would have got the result I did without their help.

Had a problem with shein not delivering my order submitted 4-5 tickets with proof of non delivery and was told there was nothing they can do . Went through resolver and had the refund in my account in 3 weeks

Completely useless. Don’t waste your time. I have an issue with Vinted withholding my money. Resolver just sent automated emails and I received the same automated emails back from Vinted.
Just another waste of time rabbit hole.

Had I not used the services of Resolver, my issue with so-called Debenhams (actually Boohoo), would not have been resolved, due to a non-existent customer service at Boohoo.
As more and more companies neglect to offer any form of customer service, especially regarding failed deliveries from 3rd party couriers, Resolver will become customers' go-to, so I only hope they will be able to manage the ever increasing volume of work that will no doubt, come their way.
They are the customer's saviour.

Ebay sent me here after I was getting nowhere with a case against Parcel2Go. I really don't understand the point of Resolver as it is basically a portal which can be used when making a complaint. Parcel2Go chose to email me directly. A complete waste of time.

This company is amazing. I’ve had three complaints with separate companies with them now and without them getting involved I don’t know what I would’ve done. One company just refused to get back to me and was impossible to get in touch with them in the first place I have also Managed to get full refund, I would be massively out of pocket if it hadn’t been for resolver honestly I think everyone who’s helped me and I’d recommend anyone to use them

Terrible. Left in the dark with zero explanation when it went to AI.
This is from a workers experience, I don’t know about being a customer.

I had a issue with a well known company. My package got mixed up somewhere along the line. From dispatch to delivery by another well known company. I wasn’t getting anywhere so I contacted Resolve.
On this matter I couldn’t fault them, prompt reply every time. Only took just over a week to sort it out. I am now getting a total refund. So thank you so much for your help.
Will definitely be my first port of call if anything else arises

I do not understand the point of this company.
They do not resolve anything. They just send automated replies, that make no sense to your issue! Then close your case.
Not worth the air space.
Do not waste your time, really pointless, I don’t know how are they are still operating.

Waste of time - I got the same response from the provider as I did going direct with the company. Purchased something on Vinted - never received the item. The seller got the money and refused to refund me. Vinted said I didn't send the right information within 48hours - in spite of the fact that I raised a complaint and sent all they requested within the time frame. I believe vinted found in favour of the seller because they are selling a huge amount of items using the site.
In response to resolvers response.....I am doing everything you suggested to no avail. How many Vinted complaints have you have been able to successfully resolve - as a percentage of total complaints received? If it is under 10% it might be useful to let people coming to your website know so they don't further waste time.

I had been a customer of Bet365 for over 15 years and one day I got a message saying your account has restrictions and that I could withdraw my funds! I contacted their customer support and was told that they are closing my account and don’t want my business and wouldn’t tell me why they had taken this action but also said I would not be able to renew it all in the future. Unbelievably poor customer service. I was completely stonewalled into getting any reason for their action. I googled complaints about bet365 and came across resolver. I filled out the form and within a couple of hours (after their input) I received a message from Bet365 customer support. After swapping several emails my account was reinstated.

Complete and utter waste of time using Resolver.
Don't bother with them as they do nothing at all, did nothing with my complaint and contacted me 4 years later asking if it was resolved, and this review only allows me to go back a year, what a joke.
Personally I have found emailing any complaint directly to a companies C.E.O. has always been successful.

I have been trying to contact Fortnum and Masons Complaint Department for a few days. I couldn’t find a valid email address anywhere. I had placed an order that was delivered to the wrong address. This was just one issue I had with Fortnum and Masons, with poor customer service being another.
While trying to get this sorted, I came across Resolve, who seem to act as an independent advocate for customers. Having completed my online complaint form, which included registering with the company, I received an email with my complaint reference number. With the email, it set out a brief outline of the process (which stated it could take up to 2 months). When I logged back into my account, and went over the details of my complaint, I noticed an error message saying …. ‘The email, address that the complaint was sent too was no longer in use, and I needed to contact Fortnum and Masons via WhatsApp’!
What a complete waste of time! I feel mislead, and probably would have waiting weeks thinking this was being looked into. My experience seems similar to other comments posted.

1 Star is too much, Resolver should be removed from carrying out all transactions, they are just pretending that they can help you - give them the details and then they admit and prove, how useless and a time wasting business they are. Whatever chance you have with going direct or using Citizens Advice, your chances are diminished by using Resolver, they tell you to "engage them when you have exhausted all efforts with the company, then after weeks they ask you "did you get the matter solved with the company", they will not confirm what THEY did, exactly nothing! except to treat you like a fool, and look good in your defrauding company's eyes, their emails are beyond belief for nonsense. Your troubles have only just started when you ask Resolver to help, masters of obfuscation.
Far removed from the intentions of their founder James Walker ...More people must learn these are now profiteers and slackers. A V O I D
Note: If Resolver were as quick (3 hours) at trying to justify uselessness - as doing some good for the community - there would be no problems with their false and pretentious gibberish
