It's an extremely helpful service and comes with many advantages, in top of splitting the bills for you. The stuff is really helpful and nice, and they make you feel well looked after

My daughter has also been left with a bad credit score... The customer advisor ( E ) seems to want to help but you have to repeat yourself constantly and you are going round and round in circles. They don't sort things out.
I highly recommend seeking legal advice, meter readings don't tally with what they bill you for.
I highly recommend you Look further into their incompetence!
This company are great to start of with. now my daughter has received emails 8 months later from 2 energy companies that Resooma have not paid

Impossible customer service can’t call anybody about anything. They never paid out water bill for 5 months and our credit has been negatively effected. Worst company ever. You do more work than if you just paid the bills yourself.

DO NOT use Resooma - they didn’t pay my energy bill and now a debt collection agency is after me. I’ve been holding off on leaving this review but they’ve had over a month to make this right and every time I speak to someone (which they also make very difficult) they give me the same copied and pasted answer. I have asked for updates and all they will tell me is that it is being handled by the operations team but will not tell me anything that indicates they are actually doing anything. They also haven’t told me how this could have happened, which is a huge red flag if they are able to not pay thousands of pounds of bills and not tell me where the money actually went.

Great company, Ive had no issues while using resooma! Set up was simple and they have always been helpful when using the chat. Extending my bills and contract and switching tenants was easy.
I had some issues with a council tax…
I had some issues with a council tax bill that I was being chased for from Bristow and sutor.
I contacted resooma and I had the pleasure of speaking with Elle who resolved my issue quickly and with no problems at all. Elle was extremely friendly and made me feel so at ease. Every customer service department should have someone like her and I couldn’t thank her enough 💗

Elle at resooma is amazing!
Good company to go for, a women called Elle at resooma was amazing during my entire tenancy, she helped me with all queries about my bills and setting up a direct debit. She even helped me after my tenancy and was really nice!

Easy bill payments
Resooma has helped me so much with paying my bills stress free, such an easy set up and I don’t need to worry about manually paying my bills to different companies every month as Resooma takes care of it all.
