STUDENTS!! PLEASE READ THIS!!
We signed up to Resooma for our first year of student living in an actual house. We thought it would be a lot easier getting everything under one company… Resooma are SO SO SO SO BAD!! Please do not go with them. We had multiple issues with them including Wi-Fi, tv licence and just other general issues. Every time we tried to get through to customer service they either didn’t pick up. Or we were put in a “Priority queue” and promised a call back to which we never got so called again and put us again in a priority queue with no responses.
Awful experience from 2022-2023. We will definitely be changing to a new package company. Don’t be fooled by their slightly cheaper prices.
Resooma if you answer this with some sort of apology response. I do not except it. You made our life hell this year.

Amazing custmer service
Amazing custmer service, helped me set up my account. They have real students on the phones who know what it like setting up bills for the first time. the person I talked to, Will, answersed all my questions and made everything easy. Plus website has an intuative interface and with best prices around. spilting bills have never been so easy, couldn't ask for more 10/10 would recomend.

Avoid at all cost please
Avoid at all cost please. They don't pay your bills properly and never resolve issues. Have been chasing them for months now, and there are some bills that haven't been paid yet! Even after we stopped working with resooma in February I'm still waiting for a breakdown of payments and have been calling them for weeks. They don't do anything about it. My house mate already had to take legal action against them and I will have to do the same now

Double charge you for their mistakes - don't waste your money!
Failed to switch our energy supplier and did not attempt to do so again for many months without even telling us. Resulted in us receiving bills from our old supplier as well as our regular bills which we were made to pay aswell due to Resooma taking advantage of our being students and not being well versed in bills language etc to double charge us for multiple months. Did not tell us this was happening until we actively looked into it as we were suspicious of being charged £150 instead of £88 2 months in a row. Despite us now having all of the information and being told by resooma themselves that the reason we were double charged was because THEY didn't bother trying to change our supplier again for many months, they are still not giving us any compensation for the money we have been overcharged. Absolutely shocking.

Please don't waste your time
Please don't waste your time. They mislead you about prices to get you to sign up then just send ever increasing bills and don't give you any assistance if any issues with Energy Supplier. It might look convienient but it will cause you so many problems down the road.

Communications was brilliant from the start and throughout. Really helpful and responsive. They let you know what you’ll be paying a few days in advance and keep you in the loop in regards to price changed and government guidelines and how it may affect us. They also took the liberty to sort out our government help money towards our energy bills so we didn’t have to do a thing. Great company for students, everyone pays their bit so there’s no argument and a pleasant experience overall. Trying to think of cons to make it a fair review but really can’t think of any. 10/10 and I would definitely use again!!

Lovely team but need better wifi providers
Overall, I've been really impressed with Resooma and would recommend to others looking for bill management in a house-share. Our Virgin wifi was a bit of a problem during the year as it didn't reach into every room hence the 4* but happy with the way we were handled.
