We purchased a furnished house that came with three Respa beds. As the beds are a few years old several of the castors were fractured and had to be replaced. Respa responded to my request for parts very quickly, and really could not have been more helpful. Customer service at its best!

This is our second Respa mattress and the quality is so good. They have such a big range with a product to suit everyone. We chose from the wellness category and went with the serenity... What a fabulous luxury mattress this is... Deep with build in topper and cool tech material that is just fabulous to sleep on. I would highly recommend.

From the start of the ordering process to the end every member of the Respa team that I dealt with were more than helpful, patient and efficient. The ordering process was seamless as was the delivery! Looking forward to working with Respa again!

I bought the Respa pocket 1200 in January which is medium/firm. It is much firmer than the display in the store where I tried it. We are disappointed with this mattress and will have to replace it if it doesn't soften over the next few months.

My matress is quite firm I taught it would have been a bit softer like the one I lay on in the shop

We purchased a Respa 1200 pocket mattress having considered a wide range of options for some time. We are delighted with the bed which was comfortable from first use. It is very well made and the generous warranty provides us with confidence that if anything does need attention it will be sorted. We are both sleeping well on the mattress and are delighted with our purchase.

I bought a Respa Gel Pocket Elite 1400 last month having tried and returned a heavily advertised popular "bed in a box " type mattress which gave a 200 night trial(just as well because I hated it). From day one I have loved my new Respa mattress as it was so much more comfortable and supportive than the popular brand one I had returned. My Respa mattress was half the price of the one I returned so absolutely delighted! There is just the right amount of "bounce " without it being too soft. I would describe this mattress as the firmer side of medium which is perfect for hubby and I who are on the heavier side. When hubby gets out of bed I don't even notice at all. I love the support this mattress gives whilst still remaining comfortable and I've had great sleep since using it with no more aches and pains in the morning. I would highly recommend Respa for quality and value for money. I will never buy a "bed in a box" foam mattress again and will only buy Respa mattresses from now on. Thank you Respa!

My bed is very comfortable and I am nearly 100% happy with it.

The mattress was really comfy and the fact that it is guaranteed for 10 years is brilliant.

One criticism I needed to buy king size sheets and mattress protector as the double was too small

Good value for money mattress's. Not the best around but for the prices we paid can't do any better.
