From the moment we met Paul Hood, we felt safe and confident with everything that we wanted and needed to know regarding releasing equity from our home. Sharon, my Equity Release advisor, was incredibly helpful and patient through out the lengthy process. She gave me in depth information guiding me through each stage, and highlighted the cons as well as the pros, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried along. Releasing equity from ones home is a large and important decision, Sharon was invaluable and extremely helpful throughout.

Paul was very calm and knowledgeable and I never felt he was trying to persuade me.
