No reply from customer services and they took money over a month ago , I think the company has went into administration so don’t buy from them as you’ll lose your money, got my goods but the communication is abysmal the first time I heard from them was from this review .

No response with my order. Due date come and went with no update. Customer service is awful do not use.

My order #1288. Was due on 31st of July. I have been emailing them and trying to get a chat going on the site about 20 times. I got one email back asking if I wanted a refund or the product. I asked for the product. Since then…Nothing!! They have stole £25. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
If I receive my order I’ll be happy to withdraw this. Until then… stay away!!!

Firstly the delivery took just over two weeks, it was only after i contacted them that they then decided to despatch my order.
The product has rice water as an ingredient, which just settles at the bottom and when you try to spray the liquid onto your hair, the nozzles get all clogged up because of this, so you have to keep unclogging the nozzle which requires a needle and takes some time to do everyday. They included a foam nozzle, this also didn't work. The included dropper nozzle is also to small, they really haven't thought any of this through.
Thirdly, i sent a few emails questioning the above, the company answered one email, took ages to respond, basically dodging all the questions as they haven't got a clue how to respond, then my subsequent emails they didn't bother to respond at all, as they have already took my money and scammed me.

Do not buy from this company the ingredients in there products are fake and misleading.
The minoxidil liquid had white fermentation floating about in all 3 bottles that I purchased.
I am going to report the company to trading standards.

I would recommend this product to other users as it’s easy to use an works wonders.

Had my second hair transplant(crown area) 3months ago and been taking minoxidil 5% since the op and must say my donor area has thickened up quicker and thicker than the first op( no minoxidil) would highly recommend resprout minoxidil for hair growth.
