Cabins were lovely. V beautiful setting. Lots of nice touches. Could be a little more on it with a couple of things. No firelights for example when the theme is that you can cook properly on the fire (no more were dropped off when advised this too). Shower drain was blocked so shower flood quickly. There was an off smell when you arrived. It did fairly quickly go once we opened all the doors/ put the heating on but I’m sure this could be resolved before guests arrive. Hope this is useful feedback.

Had the most amazing relaxing 2 nights here. The cabin is gorgeous with the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on❤️ my little doggy really enjoyed his stay too listening to all the wildlife in the forest. The perfect staycation to switch off & relax. Will definitely be booking again soon thanks so much

Great stay at Rest + Wild. Beautiful views and well equipped cabins!

The entire experience was completely unique to anything we have had at any other hotel/AirBnB. From beginning to end we experienced quiet serenity. The decoration and products used in the stay were luxurious and great quality, and everything needed was anticipated, even a wagon to take our belongings to the cabin on our walk over the fields. This was an amazing reset and way to focus on spending time together without any worries. Completely recommend if you want a guaranteed perfect stay.

Generous but cosy cabin in stunning scenery

A great concept and the stay was just as we had hoped. The cabins had all you need, with amazing views.

Hard to fault. Brilliant attention to detail in terms of what they are providing. For anyone who wants brilliant accommodation in a special location and to have total freedom to spend their time as they wish. Cooking facilities allow for you to make basic meals such as bolognaise (precooked at home), small stews (ambitious but possible). Beyond this rely on good cheese and pasta pesto!

Although our booking didn’t go to plan, the team at R and W weee very helpful. Brilliant customer service. The cabin was also perfect. Our first time in one of these and we didn’t want to leave.

We had an unforgettable two-night stay at Rest + Wild in Yorkshire, in the beautiful Willow lodge. The lodge itself was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and offered everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The stunning countryside views provided a serene backdrop for the most amazing rest and recovery reset — just what we needed! Every detail was thought out, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be returning. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t be disappointed!

Such a nice place so peaceful the other cabins are out of sight so you feel all buy your self. The bath outside is the best bit for me. The bed was so soft and comfy that ive now gone out and ordered the same mattress plus bedding 😃. It was very clean and tidy. Has pots and pans plates and everything you need. It's in a good location easy to get to different place. was unsure if we had the right place at first when arrived as it was just a fram gate but pulled in the car park arrea and the was a sing with the cabin name on and a wheel barrow to take you things down to the cabin in. We would definitely stop here again.

The cabins are gorgeous - rustic, but everything there is really high quality. The instructions to get there was very easy to follow. The brunch box was amazing and all of the food was sensational quality. The pizza kit was a little tricky (we ruined both pizzas) and once you have had a drink you obviously can’t drive for backup dinner, so proceed with caution there! The outdoor bath, the view, the fire, the sheep - everything was so relaxing and a lovely treat.

We stayed in Juniper in Exmoor. It was exactly what we were looking for. So private and relaxing. The cabin was so well kitted out with the most beautiful items. A feeling of hotel luxury but in the wild. Limitless hot water for the outside bath which we used lots. The log burner and outside fire pit were fantastic. We cooked the most gorgeous breakfast on the Firepit. Cast iron pans which are fab for heat conduction.
Remember to take a dressing gown and flip flops for the bath!
We slept with the blinds open so that we could look at the stars and the Northern lights from our bed.
We 100% recommend Rest and Wild. We have already booked our next stay.
The communication with Kate from the Rest and Wild team has been 1st class. Nothing is too much trouble. I get the impression that they are super proud of what they offer and so they should be.

Amazing stay in Juniper. Our second time back and still can’t get enough of the views. This time the weather wasn’t as good but that didn’t matter as it was as so nice to experience getting cosy in the cabin. We particularly loved going out in the day and sourcing local food from the small towns. Meats, cheese and wine. Then bringing them back for cosy wholesome night in round the fire.

A beautiful stay. Everything was seamless, from booking with the exceptional customer service, to checking in and finding the location. Everything felt luxury, and we shall definitely be returning soon. Looking forward to trying another one of the locations.

Rest and Wild on Shropshire is a haven of peace and tranquility! We stayed in The Sparrow which was set on its own in Woodland. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Staying at the Cabin in Exmoor was definition of luxury cozy for me and my friend.

Everything was designed to give you a feeling of serenity and comfort in the heart of the nature.

Staff were helpful every time we contacted them. Will definitely come back in the near future.

Our stay with rest and wild was amazing . We took our one year old daughter and she absolutely loved roaming around outside . She also preferred our huge comfortable bed :-) my husband’s favourite thing was the log burner and mine was the outside bath . We both felt so relaxed and lovely that there is no one else around apart from nature . The cabin is so lovely and cosy . I would recommend to anybody looking to switch off and explore .

Where do I start… I highly recommend this place if you want to switch off and relax. From the moment you book you are given a welcome pack with all the relevant information and places to visit in the area. Checking in was so easy. The cabins had everything they were clean and tidy. The views were out of this world. I would definitely visit again.
