It was the perfect way to disconnect and reconnect with each other. The outdoor bathtub in the late evening sun, with a glass of wine in hand, is the only thing anyone ever needs in life. Absolutely bliss!

Guest go there for a break in the wild with small comforts & luxuries still included, and that's exactly what you get!

Beautiful setting surrounded by nature and wildlife. Stunning views from our bed and just super peaceful and relaxing.

Even though we had torrential rain 80% of the time we stayed at the Exmoor Heather cabin, it was one of the most peaceful and blissful mini-breaks we’ve ever had. The setting and the view are stunning, and worth going for alone, but we loved how well designed and thought through the cabin was. The bed was so comfy, everything was so cosy we didn’t actually leave the whole 2 nights we were there! The outside bath was an absolute highlight - watching the sun set then shooting stars across the sky from a deep hot bubble bath, doesn’t get better than that. Told all our friends. Can’t wait to come back. Want one of our own!!

Everything was perfect! My girlfriend and I had an amazing few days staying in The Willow in the Yorkshire Dales. The view is incredible, the cabin is gorgeous and no detail has been forgotten. I’ve never felt so relaxed - can’t wait to book again!

Hands down one of the best and most relaxing places I've stayed in a very long time. A combo of luxury and camping all in one. The design of the cabins were to perfection in my opinion. Cozy and cute. Everything was beyond perfect. The cleanliness of the cabin was spot on. THE VIEW!!! Spectacular. I highly recommend a stay with Rest and Wild, they definitely did this right.

Beautiful cabin in Shropshire with breathtaking views. The outdoor bath is incredible to watch the sunrise and see the stars at night. The interior is so cosy and the bed is the comfiest I have stayed in. the best cabin I have experienced.

From the moment we pulled up in the car park we both feel in love.

As we walked down to our lodge and turned the corner to the breathtaking views we were thrilled.
When entering your lodge it was perfect from the wooden window sills, cast iron radiators, toggle and dimmer light switches so much attention to detail.
We can not wait to return something we never typically do as like to try new places but Rest and Wild has a special place in our heart !!
Feel so in touch with the word and gives you time to breathe and rethink !

We decided to book a staycation and switch off from our busy lives in London. Rest & Wild in Yorkshire was the perfect choice as we did just that. The cabin we stayed in was nestled in the woods with a gorgeous view of the Yorkshire Dales, we had a fire pit which doubled up at a BBQ and a gorgeous copper outdoor bath. The interior of the cabin itself was gorgeous, you can tell every little detail had been carefully thought about. For anyone wanting to switch off and take a break from the day to day then I highly recommend coming here .. we will be back :)

From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect escape to unwind and recharge from the demands of everyday life. The serene surroundings, thoughtful details, and comfortable accommodations created an ideal environment for rest and reflection.

We had a lovely stay in the robin cabin in Shropshire. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Everything was very well thought out and designed. The small touches were very much appreciated e.g the bath salts. It was so nice to be able to try and purchase lots of local products. I would definitely recommend this place for a breakaway and would love to visit all the other locations in the future.

The reason for the 4 stars not 5 was the cleanliness. Although it was not dirty by any means there was a fair bit of dog hair I’m guessing from previous guests, the windows surrounds were covered in hair and dust and the kitchen cupboards had small hairs and bits in.

The stay at the brand new Yorkshire Rest and Wild was simply incredible, and well worth the reservation! Customer support is of exceptional speed and quality at any time of day (if needed), as the owners truly care about you and that your time unplugged is simply perfect. The views from the cabin are like nothing else - with the outdoor fire pit and outdoor deep copper soaking tub making the stay so luxurious. Little touches like a welcome hamper, great coffee, plush towels, and amazing bath products all make you feel so comfortable. Being dog friendly is also a huge bonus - as my two Bedlingtons teriorrs loved it too!

The Rest + Wild name sums it up perfectly; we stayed in the Harestail at the Exmoor site and it’s just the perfect blend of rural life and a luxury feel. Amazing views and the perfect place to feel like you’re the only people around. We will be back!

A cabin in an amazing, peaceful location with great views (yet only a mile from the nearest pub with really good food). Perfect for relaxing, walking and stargazing.

We have stayed with Rest + Wild now, in Shropshire and Exmoor and planning to visit the Yorkshire location soon. Amazing views, cosy cabins and a really relaxing atmosphere... Enjoy the views Infront of the firepit with a nice drink.

My partner and I stayed in Harestail, Exmoor and had the most wonderful couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of life. From the breathtaking views, to the insanely comfy bed and serenity of peace and quiet it really was a gorgeous treat. As soon as we arrived we both endlessly kept going “ooohh” “aahhh” “stunning”. We spent time cooking on the fire outside, we explored Tarr Steps and I thoroughly enjoyed the outside bath - it was heaven. We have both said we will be coming back asap and would come back anytime of the year. Whilst it is stunning in the Summer I do believe it would be an extremely cosy and romantic getaway in the Winter too.

Just book it. I promise you you won’t regret it.

Honestly a little bit of heaven nestled in the Shropshire hills. We stayed in The Sparrow for 5 nights and I could easily have stayed for 5 more. Comfortable bed, stunning views, amazing outdoor bath tub and a fabulous firepit that doubles up as a BBQ. I cannot praise Rest + Wild highly enough for the magic they have created - we have already booked a return trip for next year! A special mention to Kate who was extremely helpful throughout 😊 As an aside we also did some fantastic walks if that’s your bag but it would be just as easy to stay put, soak up the romantic atmosphere and just relax

Lovely relaxing break. Especially if you have a dog. So many nice walks to do right from the cabin. So peaceful and quiet. Comfiest bed with the nicest linen bedding. The outside copper bath is also a nice touch would definitely stay again !!
