worst dealer plus useless support

six months I am waiting for the payment for the shoes now I wonder if they will keep the shoes sold September 2022 now it is January 10, 2023. support says pay within six months I have not received any money yet

Firma straciła moje zaufanie po nie wypłacaniu należności z tytułu sprzedaży. Nie wiem nadal co dzieje się z produktami, które wysłałam. Przeszły testy autentyczności, i na tym koniec informacji. Powinny już dawno trafić do klienta, a ja powinnam dostać pieniądze za ich sprzedaż. Tak się jednak nie stało. Czekam na płatności od grudnia 2022. Gdy piszę do firmy, nie dostaję jasnych informacji. Tylko ciagle proszą o cierpliwość i wyrozumiałość. Winni mi są ponad €2000. Nie ufam tej firmie. I nie chcę już z nią współpracować.

The company lost my trust after not paying the sales receivables. Don't know what's still going on with the products I sent. Passed authenticity tests, and that's the end of the information. They should have gone to the customer a long time ago, and I should have gotten the money for selling them. However, this did not happen. I look forward to payments from December 2022. When I write to the company, I do not get clear information. Only they keep asking for patience and forbearance. They owe me over €2000. Don't trust this company. And I don't want to work with her anymore.

I send restock a pair of dunk low NH cacao on the 21th of july 2022. The shoes was delivered on the 28th of the same month. Til now, i've no return from them if they received the shoes or not and my status deliverd on my accound states "on the way to identification".
Guys, that's not serious, i've decided to try this process with a regular pairs and that's how you scam or dumb me? By the way, when you'll read this comment, process to send me back my shoes please.

I give 1 because 0 is not possible. First they said 5 days for paying back, then 15, now it’s been more than 20 working days and no trace of my money!! It’s not acceptable, I wish I knew before selling.

They don't pay back the money when you sell your shoes through them. Have waited since December. Keep sending mails that they have problems with their payments system. Amateurs.

Purchased Jordan’s 27th of March.
On the 11th of April they arrived on the authentication center. And then nothing has happened since!!
Impossible to contact Restocks, no mail address.

Don't buy / selling on this website. Im waiting a reply since 2 months.

I bought a pair of Nike Air force 1 supreme size 44. After waiting almost a month, I got them. But when I got them they were in size 41 and I can not send them back or get my money back.

I sold a pair of Nike Jordan Air more than a month ago and I have not reiceved the due payment yet.

It is impossibile to speak with the Customer Care Service simply because it does NOT exist.

The only way to cominicate with them is using email but they do not reply!!

My advice is to stay away from ReStock

Really bad service I mean there is no customer service !!!!! If you sell any product to restocks you have to wait more then a month for your money and they don’t even react to your email ….. I will never sell anything to restock just waiting for all my payment and then im done !!!!
