Beware of misleading recurring subscription charges!s advertised as a low-cost trial…
What is advertised as a low-cost trial quickly turns into an obscure recurring subscription of €21.95 every 4 weeks.
Even if you never log in or use the service again, they will continue charging your account without clear notifications. When contacting customer support, they refuse all refunds for unused months citing rigid internal policies.
Transparent business practices are clearly lacking. If you use this platform, make sure to cancel your payment approval immediately, or avoid them altogether.

Charged after getting confirmation for cancellation
I cancelled my subscription days before being billed, even got a confirmation email confirming that I will not be charged again, and still got charged days after they confirmed that I'd not receive a charge. Their phone number doesn't even seem to work, and now I'll have to wait until they email back.

Just what I needed. Easy to use. Great customer service.
I used it for two resumes. That was all I needed. I was trying to finish them quickly and didn't read the fine print (shame on me!). I paid $2.95 for the week. I didn't expect to have a full charge for the month after one week, but I realized my my mistake when I saw my bank statement. I emailed them and they were kind enough to refund my money without hesitation. The service itself was great. Very nice looking resume templates and easy to use. I would 100% recommend.

great tool , worth the money!
It is a great tool to create and update customize resumes however when you create a new copy from other file, often there are mistakes and it takes time to go through it and correct it manually.

i am sorry to write this worst review for this website . First of all i tried to cancel my subscription from thier wesbite and i could not do it. I tried again and it got me cancelled. After a month again they billed me for Aed 110 - 114.09 depending on exchange rate . I sent a email to them since March 2026 they keep on charging me and when I try to use thier app it shows that I am not a paid user. What the hell I am forcibly paying thr money and still I am not a member . I mailed them time and again no response. Dont not go for this webstie , as it its just worst and more than worse there is no response and support from this website.

Kept Charging After Cancellation and No Response
I cancelled my subscription to resume.io on October 3rd, 20205. I received a confirmation email that it was cancelled and no longer had access to the service. Fast forward to June 29th, 2026 and I realized I was still being charged for the service even though I did not have access to it. I requested a refund and received no response. I would not recommend this service at all.
