This is a subscription trap! Please be warned Resume.IO set up what is called a "subscription trap". Be very careful when dealing with this organisation as they create a monthly subscription charge. If you are looking for work the last thing you need is a company raiding your bank account each month.

I mean it was not free y paid like 3 dollares for 7 days. It doesnt make sense. This is a strategy to make you forget and then it automatically makes you pay. Tool itself is good

Don't spend your time on this!
After spending a whole day creating my resume, I was not able to upgrade to be able to download the resume using various payment methods. Support was useless, even though I explained that I tried different browsers and payment methods, they just advised my to do the same. My other emails were left unanswerred. Tottally unprofessional!!!! Highly DO NOT Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Unclear trial conversion – requesting a prompt refund
I signed up for the Resume.io trial and cancelled my account today. I was surprised to see a charge processed as part of an automatic recurring subscription. I have already reached out to support to request an exception refund for this charge, as I no longer need or use the service. Bad experience with resume.io
Very poor experience with the resume.io website. I first signed up to download a CV made on the site, and I canceled my subscription the same day. More than a month later, I was charged by the site to continue the subscription I had canceled, debiting €20 from my account.
I contacted the website several times, but so far they have turned a deaf ear. I had to change my bank card to make sure I wouldn't be charged again... Furthermore, even though I unsubscribed from their advertising campaign and never agreed to it in the first place, they continue to send me spam emails.
