Just another subscription scam
Not a great service to begin with. Clearly a business model built on hooking people in on the subscription and then making it as difficult as possible to cancel. I had to cancel twice--yes, I indeed had to go through all SEVEN clicks to cancel (Are you sure you want to cancel? Are you really sure? Are you really, really sure?) TWICE and still only got half a month's refund as well as a rude customer rep in the help chat.
