This is horrible that it did not allow…
This is horrible that it did not allow me to cancel on the website the day of the trial ending, they didn’t remove my card from the account when I said I will no longer need services, and I was neglected using these services by not allowing me to remove my own card or subscription. The control over people with no jobs is unacceptable.

Loved the resume creation process…
Loved the resume creation process however their subscription service wasn't a fan of. Wish they had a flat fee for 1 time use.

The service in general is fine
The service in general is fine. But don't fall for the claim that AI will personalize your resume and create unique cover letters. This isn't AI. It's a series of templates with some algorithms mashing things up like a fancy Mad Lib. If you need a tool to help you get your career experience on paper this is an OK place to start. But don't expect magic and don't pay for anything. It's not worth it.
