More formats would be appreciated, to enable a 2 page resume without losing content. Also being able to add an australian mobile number without brackets. It is great just a few minor things that are a bit frustrating

I paid for a 14 day and just in the second day it was asking me to pay again. i was talk to a customer service rep and he was no help telling me that i did not pay and even when i provide him with all the information. This is the worst place to working on your resume.

The interface to build your resume is great. Great product. So my rating is more about service and transparency. I cancelled my service and they continued to charge me $35/month. I didn't catch it until the second charge. They offered me a $17 refund and a new plan. Not what I was hoping for.

Layout/design constantly changed without me changing it
Everything was good until I had chosen a layout. When I finished and saved, and moved the mouse, the layout or design would change to another. It was annoying as I had to fix something on one and the entire layout I had picked was completely different.
