It's a SCAM!!!! Be careful!! I have paid for one CV to be downloaded, but then after 14 days I received a charge of 39.99 eur from an unknown account without even receiving any email that I had ordered the monthly package, nor an invoice. Luckily, I have noticed the charge and I have contacted my bank for the details so that I was able to figure it out where the charge originates. I am sure I will not get the money back, as they most probably have some small text somewhere - just wanted to spare the money for others.

Like many others on here I did the '7 day' membership yet somehow it sneakily included a recurring membership foe the MONTH at $40 USD!!! Feel completely scammed and this should be stopped as they do not make this clear at all. So many negative reviews about the same issue clearly shows this is fact!!
Not happy at all

it's a scam. you use the 1.5$ service and then they charge you 40$ after a week without notice or any consent. when i reached to their support they offered me a 2 year free premium access which i don't need. they will not refund.

I'll subscribe with this website knowing that the subscription fee was just .99$ with 7 days limited access and 1.95$ 7 days full access even it first says it is free resume builder. I just forgot to remove my debit card number as I thought it will just cost few money. Suddenly after 7 days kaboom! They charged my debit card amounting to 40$ without even knowing how was this amount come up, they just automatically deduct this amount to my debit card . Beware of this website! I'm so frustrated.
