Efficient way to Donate Furniture to Charity
I wanted to donate a large china cabinet and was able to have it picked up and donated for a small fee. It weighed 260 lbs so was very heavy.

Do not do business with this company! They don’t communicate with drivers and it’s impossible to talk to anyone after time scheduled and nobody showed up. Then they try to resend someone but it was too late. I needed help yesterday! Terrible communication and I better get my refund never pay anything to be put on the schedule!!!

A day late, and overcharged. Still waiting for resolution.
Paid for priority pickup. Driver did not show up on day/time they were scheduled to. When they showed up the next day, I was overcharged. Tried reaching out multiple times to resolve dispute (with photos, receipts, language from their website etc.), but and ended up having to report with credit card company because of their inability to reconcile.

A little precarious…
The two gentlemen were very nice and communicated well regarding their arrival time. However, I had a large China closet to donate which one of the men started to drag across the hardwood floor. I asked him not to do that, as it would scratch the floor, and asked if he had furniture gliders. He didn’t seem to know what they were. I gave them furniture, gliders, and luckily, I had a moving company at the house at the same time to give me an estimate for my move. The gentleman from the moving company graciously assisted the two resupply men to get the China closet out of the house and into the truck. If he had not been here to help, I don’t think it would’ve gone as well.

The two men were friendly and helpful, but it is a shame that we need to pay to be able to donate furniture and items. I am unsure if it’s worth donating anymore when even charity comes with a price. And the prices are not reasonable.

I waited all morning for a pick up
I waited all morning for a pick up. I finally had to call the company only to get an email informing me there were no drivers available in my area to pick up. Why the hell did they not call me or better yet just tell me they could not come. I wasted a whole morning. Very disappointed in this company .nobody should use them

Unresponsive service after failed pickup
I scheduled a pickup to go to Goodwill, at no charge. A driver picked up five bags of nice clothing. He couldn't find the address of Goodwill,so he left the bags on the sidewalk in front of our house. I have been trying for two days to reschedule at no fee and I'm getting g the runaround. No one called me as repeatedly promised. Every time I contact someone I have to start over. Now I'm told they can't arrange a free pickup. This is their problem, and they should fix it.

I thought the furniture was being donated to a good cause. And did not learn that it was being sent to recycling until the move was in place. Some drawer was left behind when the china cabinet was taken apart. They did not have all the proper tools. The cost seemed high for the service.

The time given was for 8-12
The time given was for 8-12, so I got up early to be ready for move. Around 10 I received a message that the time had changed to 12-2.
The men arrived with mud on their shoes and we had to clean the stairs. They asked me for booties to cover their shoes; I gave them socks to wear over their shoes. Their manager should supply booties.
The movers themselves were very good and professional. My problem was with staff and booking process. I also had a quote for $150 but the price was changed to $200. I told the booking staff that it was a queen size sleeper sofa but then at time of pickup I was told that because it was a sleeper sofa there was a charge to clean mattress. This should have been mentioned at booking process.

Would not recommend to anyone! Donating and pay almost $200.00 for 1 dresser with a mirror..and a $8.00 processing fee. No customers service phone number..beware! They don't deserve zero stars+
