Terrible company to attempt to give payment to. My spouse had something go into collection with them. I found out and tried to call and take care of it. The verification process was quite lengthy, and then we discussed a settlement arrangement. However, they could not accept payment that day because a payment was processing and there was nothing they could do in the account. I had to call back the next day, because they had not called like I asked. Then after another long verification, the rep I spoke with did not honor the noted amount from the day before. My bad for not trusting them and getting to the payment before finding it my notes.
