I found my experience postive.
Delivery took a few more days then some but we are only talking 2 days and delivery was next day via dpd..
It came with a eu main lead with a high quality eu to uk plug adapter which is new to me but maybe typical for xboxes.
Maybe they sell eu sourced stuff as the eu is a larger market do pricing can be better value.
We have had no issues so can not comment on customer service.
Our review is based only on delivery and the ordering experience.

Was very sceptical about ordering from new places but ordered an Xbox series 1. What a fantastic service so order a x box game kept me up dated as order was slightly delayed due to the postal strikes would recommend this company a million percent will be ordering again soon.

I came across Retail Street when looking for some Airpods having left it very late to order some for Christmas. I cannot fault their service. I ordered on the 20th of December and did pay for next-day delivery as I was a little concerned about timescales. The parcel arrived the next day in perfect condition, their communication was faultless and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I ordered a PS5 Sunday evening, it arrived in perfect condition Tuesday morning.
Will definitely be using again.

I’m always sceptical of ordering from new places, especially when the gaming community on discord also doesn’t have any experience. However the price for the Legendary edition of Marvels Midnight Suns was unbelievably good, so I took the chance and figured my bank would have buyers protection.
I ordered at 9am on 9th December 2022 and it arrived before 12pm on the 10th Dec! Not only did I choose the 48 hour lower cost delivery, it came bubble wrapped and then repackaged around that bubble wrap.

Honestly blown away by the speed and cost of the whole experience.
Will 100% use them again, and have told everyone in my discord community the same thing.

Box came battered and there was no security seal either which makes me think these are refurbished items and not brand new at all. Not happy

I can’t recommend them enough! I ordered a Nintendo switch lite, Royal Mail said they delivered it and hadn’t and Retailstreet customer service was unreal they handled everything within 24hours and sent me another DPD next day! Would use again. Top service

I am a collector of in box sealed gaming consoles, So perfection of the packaging is key. Honestly, pack it in a box with a little bit of bubble wrap and why not! Stick the EU adapter plug to the top of the box of the actual special edition switch. Needless to say when it arrived the EU adapter was hammered into the Switch packaging. Honestly, not everyone buys products to rip it out of its box. A little more thought on packaging and especially packing with other items.

Tbf they was really good at getting back to me as I didn’t receive a delivery tracking number but when my ps5 came the actual Sony box was damaged on each corner and looked weathered which was a bit disappointing if I think about selling in the future.
