AirPod Pro’s - super quick service!
I ordered AirPod pros on the Friday, and they were delivered on the Saturday. Excellent service, and I’m really chuffed to have them so quickly. They were a great price too, I will definitely be using Retail Street again!

Nintendo Switch wrong description

Ordered a Nintendo Switch that was wrongly described. Needed a switch light in a certain color which RetailStreet had.
Ordered the unit, came with EU plug which was a surprise, and without other items that was described. I knew the light did not have these but maybe they were offering them separately as it was described.
Delivery and Payment was flawless which I cannot knock them for.
But as I needed the unit urgently I could not return it so I had to purchase a UK adapter at my expense on their error.
So I left an in site review telling them what I thought of them. I did get a response and an apology, but then lots of pretty poor excuses into why this happened. The best bit is that they and I quote here from the email "We didnt send you the wrong product... we just made a mistake of product description" Well you did send me the wrong product if the assumption is that it will have a UK Plug because we are........IN THE UK. There was no mention of it having a EU PLUG.
I won't lie I was pretty annoyed feeling they had conned me, and did feel they were con artists. All they needed to do was offer a refund, offer to get the right plug.... NO they accused me that I should know that and I quote again "On our website we mentioned about some of our products are EU specs" So you need to be an expert on their site to order to get the right information. How can you be sure if they cannot check their own SKU's. There was no hint of Retailstreet trying to make this good with a new customer.
The owner of this store then took it very personally even though THEY were in the wrong. No offer from them on the support ticket to return the item for a full refund, no offer of compensation for their error. Just a bad taste in my mouth. They have made ME feel that I am in the wrong for ordering such an item and I should be expected to just like it.
They then accused me of Blackmailing them... With the truth. I really don't know how you can blackmail someone with just the truth. I am well within MY right to make this honest review on this company.
They have threatened me with Authorities for just speaking my mind and telling them what I thought of them, No swearing, no personal insults. I am more then happy to publish the full transcript of the altercation.
This company will not give you any compensation for their error, no offer of a refund, you have to know your rights up front. Which I believe you need to offer it to as per government website.
Don't use the company it could cost you more then it would with other companies.
I will never use them again.
