It can be a bit complicated at first but the flexibility of the system is very impressive! You can really have it do anything for inbound and outbound and I use N8N to setup automations based on the call outcomes which has been working amazingly well! I also love that they are integrated with Elevenlabs for high quality voice options. I highly recommend them.
