This platform is build around creating solutions. I'm still new to Retell and I spent a great deal of time to pick the right stack for creating solutions for small business.
There is not harm in giving it a go because the free tier has nearly all the functionality as a paid account so there's no harm... or cost in trying it.

bug: for the cal.com booking tool, eventTypeId is often randomized for no reason
suggestion: add a way to test webhooks without requiring real execution (so we dont spend 15$ on random tests debugging stuff)

Amazing Platform for AI Voice Agents

I've used Retell AI for 10 months now & still recommend them...
I have been building Retell AI voice agents for almost a full year now and have had a great experience so far. They have continued to improve their user interface and offer trainings and support. I have built a variety of voice agents for different clients as well as for my own agency. I have my own n8n server I use to integrate the voice agents I have built into a variety of CRMs and 3rd party apps. Their pricing, customization options and the performance I have been able to get from agents set up here have led me to choose Retell over other options out there.

I think that retell is really good for advanced use cases. Compared to other SaaS, I think Retell stands out because of its ability to handle much more advanced technical use cases, which makes it possible to build truly relevant projects.

Amazing Experience
Retell has been so easy to use and so easy to create voice agents combining many different platforms. I really don't get how this platform is not as recognized as it should be, it is a powerful and highly useful tool for many business and companies looking to automate their calling process simply.
