We had a free boiler service with this company kindly offered to NHS workers. Excellent service from booking the appointment to having the boiler serviced. Would definitely recommended.

This company offered a free boiler service for NHS staff, which was useful as I have not long since moved to the area and wasn't looking forward to searching for the best person to ask.
The appointment was very easy to make and the service was efficient along with James being prompt and professional.
Highlighted a potential issue with the boiler, and as a new build contacted the builder to look at.
I have put a reminder in my calendar to call them next year.

James came and serviced the boiler on Friday.He arrived early and was very professional and courteous.The service took just over an hour and everything was put back tidy and service was to a very high standard.
I will definitely be having Retford Boiler Services doing the annual service from now on.

Just had our boiler serviced by James.
James arrived early which is always a bonus after waiting up from a night shift. He was friendly and explained what he needed to do.
Everything from booking to the arriving and doing the actual service was excellent, even when i had to rearrange my appointment.
I cannot thank James and his company enough and would also like to say a big thank you for the lovely gesture of providing a free gas boiler service to NHS workers.

Just had a boiler service as part of the NHS deal and the service from start to finish was brilliant. James answered all questions asked and offered great advice. He was quick and efficient and left the area tidy. I would definetly use again and will be asking him to complete more jobs for me in the near future
