Just had our boiler services by James.
Punctual, courteous and very professional. The whole experience from booking to the actual service was excellent.
I cannot thank this company enough and would like to applaud them for providing free gas boiler services to NHS workers.
I will know who to contact when I next need a service or repair.

Just had our boiler serviced by James at Retford boiler services. He was punctual, very professional and friendly. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had and was tidy when doing the job. Looks like he will be our new go to plumber from now on. Brilliant company and quick response - James initially came out to locate a leak in my bathroom. After finding the problem and assessing the damage he sorted out a quick fix so I could still use my bath until the repairs could be done (A Godsend with three kids) He was happy to answer any questions and talked me through what would need to be done.

When the team arrived they were well organised, very polite, professional and accommodating. They went to work taking out my bath and replacing rotten floorboards. Before fitting a whole new bath, taps, shower screen and retiling where needed. The guys went above and beyond during the refit and did an excellent, professional job.

Would highly recommend to all. A very professional team!

Our boiler died and Retford boiler services installed a brand new one and commissioned it and sorted out certifications and warranty for us - such a fabulous company will use again should we have a need and recommend to all

We booked James to service our very old back boiler. He carried out the work thoroughly, and took his time to make sure everything was as it should be. He was happy to answer all our questions on the more modern heating systems. All in all, we were very happy, and will certainly use Retford Boiler Services again, and based on our experience, would recommend to anyone.

I cannot thank nor recommend Retford Boiler Services enough for their brilliant and efficient work on our old boiler and heating system at our house in Rampton.

There have been multiple occasions now when James has gone out of his way to sort issues with the heating system including flushing the whole system, servicing the boiler, fitting new valves and radiators.

He initially impressed me and earnt my loyalty when, having recently moved into the property and with a newborn, he came out last minute at the weekend when I had no heating in winter!

I highly recommend his friendly, reliable and affordable services.
