Quick and reasonable solution when problem with order.

Good products, good price and great fast service when something went wrong with the delivery.

All went smooth and my watch was as new in the box.

Product did function but not 1000 Watt as stated but only 450 watts

But this is a failure of the manufacterer, not of 'retourkoop'

Fast delivery. Unfortunately, not the best product. It often gets stuck and does nog know how to find it's way back to the loading dock.

Great after service when the ordered product seemed incomplete. Retourkoop offered to compensate for the missing adapter. That saved another returned good.

I'm changing my review after their customer service promptly took care of my problem. It appears that they just made a mistake, so they went ahead and sent me the correct vacuum cleaner.
I was hesitating between four stars and five stars since the exchange process was not without hassle. I had to bring the incorrect vacuum (quite a big box) to a post office instead of it being picked up at my place, and also, receiving the correct one took longer than I expected. But I think nothing beats the exceptionally good prices they offer. I basically got a brand new vacuum robot for more than 25% cheaper than with the cheapest competitor. Hence 5 stars!

Received the wrong product, to be exakt one of much lesser value.
Ordered an EZIclean robot vacuum. Normal price EUR 349, at retourkoop new in open box for EUR 250. Received a Cleanwise vacuumrobot new in open box. A Cleanwise costs EUR 129 brandnew, so I honestly feel scammed.
I will try to return ASAP and then update my review here.

The monitor works just fine, the problem with it was the foot was broken and I needed to buy another which was another 70 euro , all putting together was like the price of new one which was not!!!
