A 5 star review for missing part of my order? I would have given a 7 star review if I could!

When you are missing part of your order, how could you possibly leave a 5 star review? Well, I actually wanted to leave a 7 star review!
After notifying them of the error, the follow up was prompt, precise and personable. My initial frustration was substituted with satisfaction - not because of my replacement order, but the way it was dealt with and with zero fuss.

I am a first-time customer, and something happened with an unusual mistake on the internet with my order. I had sent an email to customer support regarding my order issue, and less than half an hour was a surprise response with my entire order refund.

Retropia and Customer Service

I have made two purchases from Retropia. My first order arrived and I started using the "Oreo" cookie lens. That's what it looks like to me, but its not an Oreo. Loved the ease with which I was able to swap the lens and started taking pictures. I recently placed an order for the waist high viewfinder attachment and am looking forward to using it. Customer service is great. They are personable but professional at the same time. You are treated as a person rather than an order number.

The product is good and came well…

The product is good and came well packaged. The communications were good. Honestly, I was a little disappointed when I realised it was being shipped direct from China. I understand why but I was a bit disappointed in myself in not researching a more local alternative.

Prompt Customer Service

I ordered an item and realized it would not have been delivered in time for an upcoming trip. I reached out right away and the order was canceled in time so my package would not sit on my porch while I was away. The prompt customer service it A+++

Support help

I've yet to recieve the lens because I just bought it. so I can't really review that yet but the support in handling my mistake of buying the wrong type of mount for the lens was exemplary. He fixed the issue quickly and even double checked to confirm everything was in order. The support works just as it should.

AMAZING

Honestly, the Oreo lens from Retropia is amazing. I used it on a recent shoot and the photos came out so nice, it really nails that vintage film vibe without trying too hard.
Delivery was smooth and quick, and the lens itself is flawless. No complaints at all. If you’re into that retro look, this is 100% worth it.

I didn‘t receive my order from february until today, I am very disappointed. A replacement was guaranteed weeks ago but wasn‘t even shipped until now I think. Don‘t buy there!
