I love the products

I love the products. The Retropia Lens was unique and fun to use. I especially liked it for still-life and environmental shots. It has a throwback look, like I’m using my Nikon FT2 from 1977. Joy. I also purchased the Optical Waist Level Viewfinder. It is a neat little accessory, one that will work very well with my Leica D-Lux Typ 109 for street work. But it will work with any of my cameras, it just needs a subject...

I got the archivist bag delivered today…

I got the archivist bag delivered today and LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, This is what you call a BAG honey. Protect the camera AND MY 16INCH IPAD AND MY COMPUTER FIT SO PERFECTLY IN IT!! Like are you kidding me?! You mean I can store my cameras with this nice thick padding AND bring my computer for on the spot edits? 10/10. And it is so da*m CUTE!! The did their big one with this I LOVE IT SO MUCH

See my other reviews... MAJOR buyers remorse due to their complicated and corrupt return policy. Retropia responded to my posts asking me to please email them my order number so they could address it quickly. I DID - TWICE - and got no reply. I sent my items to the address the provided (IN GERMANY) for the return - and they were originally marked as delivered but then found out they were returned to sender for a bad address. It was the address THEY GAVE ME. So now, I'm out $100+ and they completely refuse to respond to my emails.

I'm sure they'll respond to this post saying to "please contact them" - which I will, and to which I'm very confident they will have no answer.

This is such a SCAM with HORRIBLE customer service. They want your money and then they are gone.

I’ve had so much fun shooting with the Retrotopia lens and glow filter. Every shot looks like it came from a disposable camera. I admire the imperfections, inspired by the people who created these products.

Overall pleased with purchase

Delivery was fairly quick. The lens itself (read: the images captured with the lens) is slightly different than what I was expecting but not in a bad way, just a different way. I wish it had a focusing option on the lens but the results truly do look like a disposable film camera. Overall happy with my purchase from retropia. Thank you!

Responsive and helpful customer service

I did not receive the correct product, but Mark handled the situation very well. Their team was responsive and clearly explained my options, including a replacement. Since I was about to travel out of the country, I could not wait for another shipment, so they processed my issue quickly and professionally.

Even though the order had a mix-up, they acknowledged it immediately and did not avoid responsibility. Mark was very helpful throughout, and the refund was handled without trouble.

This 5-star review is for the customer service. Because of how they handled the situation, I would consider ordering from them again in the future.
